True it does one player in my alliance is at 23m might his food upkeep is 12.5m an hour. You could never have enough farms to produce that food....

Yes it does if you put a level 50 knight for eg on the steward position it will boost it by 50% for the others marshall, alchemist & foreman by 0.5%...
