DOES ANYONE EVEN EXIST WITH KABAM?!?!?!?!?!
TWO WEEKS AGO I sent in a help desk ticket regarding the fact that my level-50 Ledg. equipment just "suddenly" disappeared. Did I get a response? NO. Not only did not receive any form of a response from Kabam, it happened again when a MOUNT I won from magic pot failed to enter my inventory. I also sent in a help desk ticket about this, to which I received no response. Further, **** has been disappearing from my inventory. As a matter of fact, just last night, I logged off for 20 MINUTES, and when I logged back on, I realized my BR dropped approximately 1K. Specifically, what caused this drop was the fact that **** like gems just went poof and disappeared in the 20 minutes I was not looking - tf? Regardless, the overall issue is that the issues I am experiencing continue on and on with no responses from Kabam to ANY of my inquiries, to date.
It is crazy that I have to complain and put my DIRTY LAUNDRY OUT FOR THE WHOLE WORLD TO READ because you will not respond! I better not get a ****ING response to this thread saying to file a complaint from the game, and/or "this is not what this thread was meant for"... and to use a dedicated thread. I am sorry but your "threads" and tickets processes don't ****ing work. I have tried ADDRESSING THIS ISSUE your way, which obviously did not work or else I would not be writing this!
The way I see it, Kabam has two options at this point, to either a). figure out what happened to my **** and give it back, b). continue to ignore me and I will figure out how to resolve these issues by other means.
ONE LAST THOUGHT, without people like me spending there would be no game. Simply stated, this is stealing and its wrong. I am prepared to cancel my account and make my toon jump off of a bridge (and die, rhetorically speaking) if someone does not figure out what happened AND LET ME KNOW WTF - better yet DON'T CONTACT ME IF YOU CAN just FIX it and give me my **** back.
