  • Cheating/manipulation of guild battles

There is currently a lot of controversy on our server (27/29 Europe) regarding a guild who is manipulating guild battle results. We have recently had a server merge and following this merge several guilds have merged together to create a very large overpowering guild compared to the rest on the server ( justice from server 27 along with mirage from server 29 have all joined forces and merged with legends, (now highest guild BR in entire game)). Due to the size of this guild there is insufficient room in guild battles for all the active members to take part. Unlike most guilds who arrange a system within guild for players to take part in turn, they have decided to keep an active member in each of the previous guilds they came from (justice and mirage) and just prior to guild battle they kick members out of the main guild who then join these previous inactive guilds for guild battle then return back to the main guild (legends) after guild battle has finished so they can all take part and be rewarded. This is causing a lot of ill fealing between guilds on the server as this big guild are manipulating guild battles in this way for their own gain which is resulting in smaller guilds having little to no chance of any achievements. I would apreciate if this conduct can be looked into before it kills the servers once more.

I wholeheartedly agree with you mustard this crazyness is dong no one else a favor if anything its screwing legit guilds outside of top8 guilds that could be..I want to show my support in what you request.this is unfair conduct to smaller guilds that no longer have a chance to be participants in guild battle. - Blusif eu29/27

      quit crying

What a cry baby. What do u care if we found a way to keep everyone happy in a large guild. Its not like world stood a chance to win against either guilds before they merged. Its not our fault kabam only allows 30 participants when guilds hold 200 people.. everyone needs insignia to make gear. Yet you blame us for finding a way and complain about how big of a guild we are like u guys ever stood a chance before we merged. Against either guild. Nor any other guild except exodus can even compair. Your just looking for ways to complain because your guild is not strong? So what if our members join other guilds that they were previously in to have a spot in a guild battle. Its not our fault that the system is not proportioned for larger guilds.. its not cheating. Its keeping everyone happy that cant always participate.. who cares if were the largest guild on the entire game. That just sounds like your crying because yours is smaller.. this is obviously a outlandish complaint and based on jealousy.. were not cheating in any way.. we are a large guild and all we are doing is finding a way to keep everyone satisfied. Even if every member of legends was only allowed to join one guild battle per week members would still be left out and have to wait 4 guild battles to get 1000 honor and 1000 insignia because we have over 90 active members and there are only 3 guild battles a week allowing 30 participants each battle. We shouldnt have to suffer for being a larger guild. And in now way does this effect your guild. If anything you should take notes and provide that option to players in your guild who cant participate every time instead of crying about it..

In no way does this effect smaller guilds. In Smaller guilds everyone can participate in guild battles. Being a large guild we cannottt its more unfair to us than anything

          Excuses, excuses.
If you fight in different guild in gb, you should only receive the reward for the guild u fight for.
But everyone join back to the big guild to receive the most reward, thats called exploiting.

How is that exploiting .. because members leave to have a gb spot then they give up on soul crystal reward and guild chest reward. All they get is honor and insignia.

Very big of you, what about those guilds you are stopping from obtaining rewards all together. Only the top 8 guilds can even take part. By keeping three guilds active for the sole purpose of selfishly trying to obtain all the rewards for your guild you are stopping other guilds from even having a shot at all. It was your choice to join forces to create a super guild and you already knew the limits of guild battle befire you all merged. If having to sit out on some battkes was such a problem for you guys then maybe you should not of joined forces in the first place. It's not a case of jealousy or of being a cry baby, it's simply a case of fair play. Something you obviously know little about. But saying that, after reading your posts in world chat today following the heated discussion it's easy to see you have few morals.

Yes it was our choice to join forces. But even if we didnt the guilds that did would still be in top 8. So because unactive guilds never had a place to begin with u say its unfair for them?

My suggestion to kebam would be to remove all inactive players from mirage and justice guilds on server 27/29 Europe. This way the guilds would not be entered into guild battle as they would not be in the top 8 because the members only move to these guilds just before guild battles start and move back to their main guild afterwards. This way other well deserving guilds could also have the oppertunity to earn rewards through guild battles instead of one guild monopolising the server and creating animosity between guilds.

Or they could up the participant amount so members in larger guilds can all participate..there are still active members in justice ..kabam cant just remove people because they havent been online. Your still a top 8 guild this effects you none whatsoever. You must just like racing to ward tower against zero opponents and fighting unactive guilds and obviously have a problem because we found a way to keep everyone happy and make game fun for everyone .. or must just have nothing better to do than cry over a game about a situation that dosent effect you.. there isnt even 8 active guilds on our server. U act as if there is 20.

So what your saying is that this action did not effect any smaller guild ???? Who won the battke against zusammen on Monday ???? Was the result the same as it would of been had you not manipulated the system or did you take the rewards they would of achieved ???

Now tell me that didn't effect a smaller guild !!! Get over yourselves, there is no talking your way out of this manipulation, you are just bad sports.

You obviosly know little about me, I have often said openly in world chat that i much prefer to lose and have a good fight, than to win against an inactive guild. Guess you got me all wrong but at least you have admitted for everyone to see that you are using these underhanded tactics and selfishly manipulating the system to your own gain.

                          Thanks for that :-)

It is common practice for inactive players to be removed by game developers in Order to maintain server stability and to make room for new players.

Or alternatively, they could reduce the amount of members a guild can have which inturn would stop monopolising by a single guild, create more competition on the server and go some way to reducing the number of people who would miss out on guild battles.
