*Also, I agree on your point that it is our mistake that we trusted such a childish person with the officer rank. It was our mistake, and we take responsibility for it.
*That been said, i have a few things i would like to discuss about this matter:
1.) i would to like to share some done-damage-insight which i recieved by players in our world.

2.) Since you haven't given us any options/suggestions to fix this problem, we had to take measures in own hand. And we could only think of 1 solution. Not a great solution, but atleast prevents every outsider to join our alliance at any given time. Our alliance has 60 members... so to prevent for every unwanted person to join us, we had to create 40 newuser accounts to fill our alliance to max, so nobody else can join unwantedly by the tons of join invites he send out.
3.)

We didn't had enough time to fill our alliance up to 100 members with newuser accounts before the grailwar-lock was put on. Right before the lock was put active, a guy in our server who did recieve invites from this player in question slipped into our alliance with a subaccount, and as you can see on the screen above... he is spamming our alliance chat with reinforce-requests with a auto-clicker already the entire night (for a about 4 hours non-stop now), and it's still ongoing.
My Questions:
1.) you are basically telling us that we have to deal with such things for the upcomming weeks/months... till the dev-team decided to come with a solution for it. You are literally saying: ''As for the current issue you face, I`ll let you sort it out as we don`t interfere in these types of issues (simply because if we started to, we`d get flooded with such requests and be accused of favoritism if we did it for 1 alliance and not another)" Well excuse me Ganstack, but is that the way kabam treats it's customers? by giving 1 player such a massive amount of power to spoil the fun for 60 players...1 entire alliance...
Facts:
Fact 1: sending bulk-invites = abuse.
Fact 2: ruining the game for 60 players = abuse.
Fact 3: thanks to your grailwar lock of 48 hours, you litterly blocked the only 2 possibilities we had. That's kicking the guy, and filling our alliance with own subs to prevent future unwanted joins.
Fact 4: Thanks to kabam, for not taking responsibility/measures in this matter, ector123 is 40 newuser accounts richer (it ruins the map!!)
Fact 5: Due to a lack of Systeemtools your dev team is providing you with, kabam basically is saying litterly to their players: "we are aware of the flaws OUR system has, but still.. you have to deal with it yourself as ''just a player''
Fact 6: thanks for letting me type all of this here, since the responsible player will read all of this aswell, which gives him all the satisfaction he needs.
As a old game mod myself, i know the tools you have at your disposal.
1.) you can check our alliance chat yourself in ghost-mode(invisable mode) just like here on the forums. so you can check the autoclicker spam that disables the entire alliance chat.
2.) you can join whatever server you want and simply perform a kick...
3.) you can track ip adresses, and even pinpoint a location to the closest provider(cell)-tower and check it with the ip's ingame and the forum.
So since i've explained everything here now... is it realy that much to ask, to:
1.) Simply cancel all the outgoing invitations manually, send by our alliance in the past 14 days? (alliance: incursions on ector123)
2.) Kick player: BAK33 out our alliance for spam abuse.
3.) Take the appropriate measures to punish the abuse actions of the player in question (track ip) for sending out those thons of invites on Ector123
4.) Take the appropriate measures to punish the abuse actions on the main account of whoever player ""BAK33"" is. (by tracking his IP)
Feedback:
1.) Keep the lock during grailwars, but ENABLE the possibillity to kick!
2.) analyse the situation better to see what damage it COULD do, if kabam doesn't step in. because players currently simply have a very limited "toolbox'' to work with
3.) I think after reading this you can find enough improvement-points to share with your Dev-Team.
Well.. thanks for letting me write so much. And i hope i can count on you customer service since your clearly mentioned in your Game-FaQ that such actions as written here above are against your policy and will be punished
