We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.


These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    Hey Kabam,

    Maybe I didn't read it well but I don't see anywhere the rank of each gear type.
    So how can we know what rank T6 gear is?

    Hi Relatyne,

    you make a very good point (as we essentially work of lists we sometimes refer to information that`s not clear to players).
    I`ll have a look at how various Tiers can/could be distinguished, if I don`t find anything in-game or easily doable in-game I`ll update the list of Gear on the forums to include a Tier classification.

    Just FYI the message screenshot referred to Baron gear which still wasn`t dropping in-game (I know some high level players will say "useless", but it`s still gear sets I felt should drop in-game).
    It`s a small element I felt was lacking (higher level hammers and 6 initial gear sets).

      Thanks for getting back on that, useless or not we don't want everyone going using the same gear withour putting effort getting it.
      So anything better then the previous wilds gear is an improvent for the lower geared/new users to have a bigger chance to compete against others at their level with doable gear pieces.

      I would like to see from kabam what gear types presents their tiers.

        Hi guys,

        just a quick explanation on the changes:

        Gear chests:
        - Previously there were 4 types of Gear chests: Common, Uncommon, Rare and Super Rare.
        - Now there are 6 types of Gear Chests: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Super Rare, Mythical and Wondrous.

        Gear sets:
        - Previously there were 2 Gear sets dropping: Yeoman's and Squire's.
        - Now there are 6 Gear sets dropping: Yeoman's, Squire's, Knight's, Lord's, Tourney's and Baron's.

        - Previously there were 2 quality of Hammers dropping: Wooden and Iron.
        - Now there are 3 quality of Hammers dropping: Wooden, Iron and Bronze.

        - Increase drop rates for Enchantment Dust

        @Relatyne, I`ve had a look at what specifically designates whether a gear piece is T1 or T3 or T6 etc...
        The Tier affects all base attributes of the gear, so lets say T1 has a base attack rate of 2, T2 would be of 4, T3 6... (the example is random, nothing to do with the game).
        Thus, higher Tier Gear has more potential of enhancement with the same attributes as lower Tier.
        Makes sense?

          Not quite, for example what Tier you call this gear piece?

            This would be T6, as you see it has base stats of 22/18.
            T1 for example would have 4/2 =>
            T2 would have 6/4 =>

            So most of the gear that you would come by would be referred to as T6 as this stage (and yes, the jump to T6 was pretty sudden back when it happened).
            Hope this clarifies things!

                  I do know what you mean by base stats. Also know how to convert them to attack/life.

                  What I don't understand is how that can tell what tier level it is.
                  So basically what is the correlation between Tier level and base stats?

                    The Tier Level determines the base stats (among other things like forging success rates ...).

                    For T1 base stats:

                    Sword: 6/2
                    Armor: 4/4
                    Shield: 2/6
                    Pants: 4/2
                    Helmet: 4/4

                    For T2 base stats:

                    Sword: 8/4
                    Armor: 6/6
                    Shield: 4/8
                    Pants: 6/4
                    Helmet: 6/6

                    For T3 base stats:

                    Sword: 10/6
                    Armor: 8/8
                    Shield: 6/10
                    Pants: 8/6
                    Helmet: 8/8

                    For T4 base stats:

                    Sword: 14/10
                    Armor: 16/16
                    Shield: 10/14
                    Pants: 12/10
                    Helmet: 12/12

                    For T5 base stats:

                    Sword: 18/14
                    Armor: 16/16
                    Shield: 14/18
                    Pants: 16/14
                    Helmet: 16/16

                    For T6 base stats:

                    Sword: 22/18

                      Sorry Ganstack. It's great to see you tried to update the prices. The new prices doesn't update ANYTHING.
                      It's making everything a lot worser.

                      1. The new extra gear sets are completely awful. Even people don't playing for a long time did win better gear already. We had some events that gave chaos-gear etc. A lot better!
                      2. I don't know what gear items can be won, but mostly I hear people are winning the same common gear items. So the win chance of the best gear must be extremely low
                      2. The new bronze hammer doesn't help a lot to forge gear. We can only forge with the master hammers (luckily to be won in campaign)
                      3. The troops defending the wilds are a lot stronger. The few starters that dont have any gear CANNOT attack these wilds. The people that do have the might and knight dont WANT to attack these wilds. So what about that?

                      My suggestion:
                      1. Please restore the troops defending the wilds to the original status. Remove the Templars etc. Maybe you can increase the no of troops a little bit, but not to much.
                      2. Remove all gear to be won (all!!)
                      3. Add a new box to be won: Gear fragment
                      4. add a trade-in in the round tower: x no of Gear Fragments give a gear item (you can add 3 trade-ins -> one for a starters gear, one advanced and one super special (with the newest gear)
                      5. These fragments cannot be stolen
                      6. Increase the number of Dust to be won
                      7. Add EXP charms to be won -> a lot of people don't have any charms anymore. You need WAY TO MANY EXP to completely open the newer gear items. How to do that without EXP? Tell me?
                      8. Remove all hammers to be won. People can get hammers in campaign. Better hammers...

                        1) Difficulty: Lvl 10 has 4.8m might which is on par with lower levels of Chap 3 of Campaign while lower level wilds have similar might levels as previously.

                        2) Drops: Dusts have significantly been increased compared to previous state.

                        3) Hammers: goes in line with a desire to fix the enhancement system (see previous comments).

                        I`ll keep your feedback in mind and will try to look at the situation with EXP Charms.

                            Hi Tinlinhan,

                            having to risk troops to gain troops isn`t the sort of game loop I believe is best and fun.

                              Yes, but why did you increase the higher levels? The players who are able to fight in the lower levels of Chap 3 arent interested in the 'better' gear. I spoke with one of my teammates who isn't playing for a long time yet. Chap 3 is to hard for him.
                              You need to do something for those players. They will get frustrated and stop playing. I thought you said you want people to start / resume playing. Then do something about it!

                              Dust is something. Don't know how hard the problem is at the moment. I'll talk with some of the newer players.

                              Hopefully soon. People are happy when they win new gear, but when they can't use it for months, then they get very very frustrated.
