Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    I started playing in euro servers with my players. We didn't know it different time zone.Now we being playing about 2 years in euro servers.just want all day events. Thx

      Issues regarding campaign, Avalon is having a hard time. Mainly because of lack of population. A better campaigns, and old exploring back found make a difference band recover this great world. Exp charms need to be easily obtainable, especially in a hardcore world. We need attention motivation to wait to continue to play. If new alliances had a way to get beaded items they can grow which will allows more competion to arrive. More better reason to login and fight. Suggestions- change campaign better troops, better drop rates, dust for forging as well. Bring old exploring back like all the other worlds have. many have not explored in weeks in Avalon. Many things need to be fixed here, give us the attention we need and deserve. Give us a reason to continue playing

          How many grails is limited by stealing?.Players stole my 3.5m grails last night. Wtf?.Y kabam is always glitches?Now u think we all like build athon? My whole alli no compete yr crap events.need dragon stamp,res,mystic crystal,speed up, DI and time to compete yr build athon. will mail my players to stop gem.thx alot, SkurgePower.Chancy #1 in w125.

            Not wortto waste stamina in campaign. We will like this current campaign i. Kabam pay ton of staminas as events prizes.Do it now 20refill satminas as a prizes Then i will play campaign.

              @Everyone: Grail Fragments have been created as a secondary "Event" currency.
              Have a look at what will be happening with this system over the next week and tell me if you think there are still issues ;-)

                  Thx Ganstack,i was wondered how 4players can steal my 3.5m grails in 50minutes? How many grails r limited?now Ppl no compete events alot. They only interest in stealing grails. When new campaign Rewards change? Thx

                    I dont think anyone in my alliance is participating in the grail fragment event. One can place high in a tournament or even two tournaments and not receive enough fragments to get anything. And stealing them would be a waste of time at 5000 per hit. Dont players get anything for being top ten in a tournament anymore? I'll Be glad when it's over, as will many others.

                      Hey Ganstack , why we are running just stupid Grail fragments tournamets while in NA servers are running too nice prize tournaments?

                      That's your way to balance differences between servers?

                          It's already mentioned here but i will mention it again since it should have top priority. Regarding grail fragments. Some players have a limit and some don't. Which causes in many furious players. in my alliance already many players are talking about quiting, not even mentioning players in the entire server. It takes many top ranks in quite a few events to reacht 5.5m grail fragments. It's insane that they could steal all of them in just 1 night.

                          please let the game/dev team fix this asap.

                              I really don't like the grail frags events. As Bierkes told you: its completely bugged, but also the prices are very bad.
                              And because Kabam at the monent is focusing at the grail fragments events, we dont have any other events. People aren't interested in the game.

                              Bugged:
                              Like Bierkes said: Some have a limit when they attack other players and some have a limit when other players attack them. Other players don't have a cap. That very unfair.

                              the trade-in
                              At the moment we can buy:
                              Divine Elevation - 787500 fragments. In campaign we have a level that gives the same Divine Elevation. Why do we need this?
                              A begginner cannot find 787500 fragments, or it is almost impossible to get so many. Or you must bu lucky not to have a limit with farming..

                              Grail common chest - 37500
                              Grail rare - 201000
                              grail epic - 1.250.000
                              grail legendary - 4.375.000
                              All these boxes are useless. I bought some of them, just to trade in my fragments, as I don't want to try to get 5M fragments (don't have time for that)

                              Sun fury chest - 5.500.000 fragments
                              This is the only price reasonabe. But 5.5M fragments. Do you know what you need to do to win?

                              Frustration:
                              A lot of people are getting frustrated because of the fragments events.
                              Some lost all their fragments during one night. Some have lost 3.6M fragments in one night!!!!
                              Others collected 4.3 M fragments and bought a legendary box. They won a Large Flawed (green) Emerald. Do you know what you need to do for that amount of fragments?

                              And besides the grail fragments we don't have any reason to play the game. You can't win anything. You can't fight with anyone. You can't do anything! The game addiction-factor is getting lower and lower
                              Maybe you should play the game for a few weeks. Maybe then you will understand our frustrations.
                              People are quiting the game! Not one or two, but several per alliance!

                              What will you do?

                                divine training level 10

                                would be possible to add a chest with ONLY the divine training inside of it? lot of players are starting to have pieces of the latest gear but they can't wear it becuase we miss the knight level 10, included me.
