the recent merlins madness was an insult to players of this game, with prizes such as 300 troops, lvl 1,2,3 master hammers and yet more dinidan and breunor remown as "premium prizes"
no doubt this was a decision made by your game team to try and claim back the tokens and gems from the recent chapter in campaign where some players did well on gaining tokens.
this action however has not gone down well with the rest of your paying customers, as you will be well aware gems and tokens are not cheap, and no longer is this game played with 300 troops or a few million might, this game is now played with millions of troops and even in avalaon pvp where troops desertion is active we are playing with 100's of millions of might sometimes in a big fight a billion.
premium madness is not meant to be nor has ever been this way before, as usual you have alienated your paying customers who have low to even no inventory boxes of troops, one player in my alliance who I know to have spent £1000's on this game, is trying to play with the meagre troops won from daily hero explore, this is insane
as the troops such as the war wagons & scythe carts battle, have been removed from campaign, these players cannot play your game currently, coupled with the fact that you seem no longer to be awarding troops as prizes in the competitions apart from the odd 5k T5
can you look into this immediately please, players feel free to comment on this subject
