Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure

- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

No zwelg, this is not possible, because this was very personal and someone who knows belly and the alliance wof. Hate mail in dutch has been in dutch put of his name and exactly the people who are enemies or killers at this server have been warned or whispered. So this is not possible!

          Fix it

Come on Kabam, this player has put so much effort and money into his account. After the first time he got hacked, he put so much effort into it to rebuild his account. This is a problem at your side Kabam, if you can't ensure the safety of people's accounts, they won't be buying gems again. Fix this please!

He has been put out of the alli. In behalf of his name hate mail has been sent to other players. And you cannot say again that this is not possible, because it happened again! This game is wrecked for him, and besides that it is frightning!

I want to emohasize that this is the 2nd time in two weeks this has happened. After the first time this player has changes his password. Besides this is a well known player at ector and everybody know this is totally out of character behaviour en who would throw away its gear?!?!

We ask two things from you kabam:
            1. Find out who has done this, you must start up an investigayion, because this is frightning and can hapoen to all of us
            2. Fully compensate belly56, with the gear, gems, click troops, migh everything!

I really do hope you take this serious this time and come with proer answer!

On behalf of World of Fear, ector 123, Rissie

It has been five days now and besides the question what devices belly plays on nothing is heard from you kabam. We miss an important player who has invested a lot of money in this game. Please be so decent to update him about the status and do something during the investigation so he can play again. As an alli we can take it that lots of invites have been sent out to players in the game who are now constantly visiting us, but we have to know that you really act on this because it takes a lot away from the joy of the game! Fix this.

                @DanaKabam:

                http://community.kabam.com/forums/sh...nging-password

This belongs to this thread aswell.

Multiple players/alliances are aware of this bug in KoC. I've expierenced it myself with a old bankaccount 2 weeks ago. Eventho the password was changed, i was still able to login to the old bank account because koc was still on my other device. The only option to fix it is when i delete koc, or login with another username and password.

So to be short...belly56 can change his password a hundred times, as long as that hacker hasn't deleted or logged on with another account, he can still login to belly's account by simply starting koc on that device.

Now.. first of all i know you guys are aware of this problem since you guys edited the "ingame welcome message on global chat" when you start the game.

and as second... as a former Admin of the big gaming website ESL.eu i know what options you guys have available to track these kind of problems and prevent them by fixing it.

*You admins have the posibility to trace ip adress to locations.
                * you have to posibility to link those ip's to the unique MDR5 code(unique code for a device).

So the be short.. belly will ofcourse have multiple ip adresses in his admin profile, so the only thing you guys need to do is check his logins, pick out all the different ip's that are used on his account, and finally.. link them to the unique mdr5 code. It's simple... there should be only 2 different mdr5 codes in his logfile from the last month. 1 of them is belly's device, the other one is from the device the hacker used.

So.. do that.. so you have the confirmation that belly indeed is a innocent victim in this matter. When you confirmed that, restore his previous lost might/troops/gears.

And as a final step. Ban the mdr5 code from hacker. (Banning a ip is useless since it's easy to change ip's. Mdr5 codes can not be changed), Let the dev team change and fix this bug, so not only he, but everybody is save from atleast this nasty bug.

                Regards Bierkes

I think Belly56 and Rissie forgot to mention that more players knew his personal information and even password because Belly56 gave it out himself.
They know exactly who knew his info, in regard of bragging about it ingame to everyone, i thought kabam should know to.
Feel pleased to ask Belly56 who those players are.

                        Actie reactie toch risje ;-)

Unfortunately relatyne has a personal vendetta whisch has nothing to do with the issue of belly. And i dont think this forum has that purpose. Fact of the matter is that password changing does not help, which was given as the solution by you kabam. And you keep saying you keep in touch with belly but you dont, and every day we have the problem that someone else is on his account. I urge you to read bierkes his solution. Which can not be difficult for you iabam. And than everything is solved.

I just give the support information about his account he forgot to mentioned.

Hope this help in your investigation on what happend to his account.

Dana does her job perfectly, she will solve everything.
