Currently we spend alot of time building different types of wall defences. However they are pretty much wiped out by a large number of troops etc......the wall defences might and power must surely increase when you upgrade your wall....other than that, they seem pretty much useless against a large army who will just loose their lower teir troops to these defences.....I have yet to see the benifet of these defences as 50,000 defences does not wipe out an army of 50,000 or more!! And that's the problem.....if you expect us to. Hold our might with defences etc, they have to be worthwhile!! It is sicking when u spend hours and hours on building cities with plenty of defences for them to be wiped out in one crapy attack!! Kabam need to take a serious look at this issue!!!

Wall defenses too weak!
The wall defenses are a great idea in theory but they are not doing any good. If it is on a wall it should be at the advantage already ie it has the high ground. Also, if I get 18k might per defense built, why are they so easy to take out? T1 troops should not be used as a 'shield' for other troops. For a wall defense to be overcome, 19k+ might should be required. For example it should take 5 t1 troops per defense and obviously less if they are t2 or higher troops. PLEASE, make it worth my time to build wall defenses and defend my city. Wall defenses provide no protection at the moment. I don't think we need anymore defenses I just think the ones we have need to be more powerful and actually provide protection. It would really deter the 'mighty' from picking on everyone. I don't think that a city with 50,000 defenses would really be overcome by 10,000 troops as it has happened to me. I think that is ridiculous. PLEASE Kabam, make some adjustments!

The wall defenses that we have so far (more to be added) are only tier 1 and tier 2. They work fine for that. If you look at your losses they would be the same if you defended with tier 1 and tier 2 troops and if you lost more then you would have then maybe they sent a knight to boost their attack/defense and you didn't have a marshal able to defend against him.
The might needs to be adjusted down to t1 and t2 levels so that the might loss/gain are comparable to the power loss/gain. But they will have extremely upset people wondering why they lost so much might overnight.

Wall might
I think it would be easier for kabam to just make the current wall defenses T2.and T3 and adjust the might upward to meet the troop tiers. Then add new T1defenses with the 4:4 ratio as T1 troops. This way no one loses might with the adjustment. Hope some kind of correction is made soon. Until then, I won't be adding wall might. It's just not worth it.

I disagree. I just spent a lot of time working on these mechanics. This is my conclusion.
Wall-D is weak when you have your troops hidden.!
But if they are unhidden, with a level-212 knight (or highest one you have) assigned as a marshall, when the attack comes in it's very strong.
I was attacked by 11,000 T2 troops, and with my troops unhidden and a level 212 knight as Marshall, I lost only 4000 traps only.
Big difference.!

not everyone has a lvl 212 knight. It should be fair to people not purchasing 10 arthurs; however, i agree with your statement about not hiding troops and assigning a marshall. The defense is exponentially increased and the defender can then be at least at a 1:1 if not more in favor to the defender. But this also depends on the incoming knight.

i think there is also a problem with the information given to us by Kabam. there no clear indication of combat dynamics other than the very general info next to the troops when u train them. I don't think they need to change the wall defences we just need better information, then we can make our own choices on how to use them.
