Can we atleast make 2nd city free and 3rd onward cost money noone will save up 100 city certificates or whatever they r called and who would pay 20$ just to own a city nO one pay for that crap

    Ridiculous

Just starting this game, I find it completely unrealistic to spend $20 or more for a second city. There's no way I'll drop that kind of cash for a game that has as many bugs as KoC. It's fun to pass some time, but seriously lacking in useable interfacing. The lack of the built in iPhone/iPad keyboard, complete with correction and punctuation is kind of silly, at best. The issues w the chat system still (after 5 ver) to register complete jibberish for no apparent reason at all, requiring a full restart of the game, is insane. I'm very sure there other bugs. I read these forums. Not receiving Gems and/or packages. That's not reasonable, either. So why is the new build putting out more content, instead of fixing the bad content?
Now KoC expects $20 for a second city?
    Lunacy.
Anyone who pays that either has more money than brains, or is so OCD their credit card should be taken from them.
It's very very close to a deal breaker for me. It's not how you get new players to the table.

I agree. After the much anticipated implementation of 2nd city, it was very dissapointing to find out ist comes at a price of $20. No one expected it to be free, but $20? There was already considerable competitive "imbalance" in the game before 2nd city, now that will only be exaggerated as the "mega-million" might players will continue to dominate and squeeze out the casual player. Penny wise and pound foolish move by Kabam.

You can gain Crests by successfully attacking level 6-10 Pictish Camps, you are more likely to find Crests in higher level Pictish Camps. You will need a total of 100 Second City Plans Crests to claim a Second City Deed.

The amount of time / waste of resources and might it takes to complete that challenge is totally unfeasible. kabam is just using it as a scape goat to say SEE it's not pay to win.. U can totalllly do it without money....but it is all bull****.

100 crests is also bull****. All us regular players are suppossed to spend days or weeks to collect 100 of these crests wasting all our might in the process. I think your entire gem/item system is ridiculous you should probably think about the people who have lives and use that cash for real meaningful **** and create an easier way in game to get this stuff since we all can't live in our mothers basements getting what ever the **** we want

I could also save up for a second car by taking pennies out of the give a penny/take a penny jar, but I'm not sure which would take longer or be more inane. Suggesting that the crest system is a 'free' alternative is a little absurd, especially given how unreachable you've set the bar. 100 crests? And I'm willing to wager that not every attack will yield a crest. And yet every attack will yield lost troops and lost time.

Having a 'theoretical' free way of obtaining a second city doesn't change the fact that $20 is an outrageous price tag. But I suppose if it truly is outrageous, you'll figure that out soon enough if no one buys them. Obviously there will be a handful of players with nothing else to spend their money on who will drop the $$, but personally I'd rather have a game with mass appeal rather than rely on a very small niche of people.

Iv got the 2ed city I took the package with the chest.. Not the best idea but I make enought money to buy stupid things like this.. It would be a very good idea to be able to reassign knights to the 2ed city.. Rather then have to train them all over again.. That's supper annoying

Apologies for reviving an old thread.

Initially 100 crests looked like a big task but hey I did it in about three weeks. It would have been faster if I knew what I was doing at the beginning and was more organised during the process. Yes it wasted some might and took a long time but it is a game with no ending. I play it to keep myself occupied every now and again and it did exactly that whilst providing a target to play towards. My calculations showed that resources gained from the attacks made up for the lost troops anyway (apart from a bit of wood loss) if you were careful with what you were sending where. So the only real thing lost was time and if you are playing this game you should have plenty of that.

I will agree with the point that reassigning knights would be very welcome indeed. I didn't want to keep my troops in my initial city as the other one has better set up but I can't keep my high level knight with them which results in jiggling armies around sometimes. Annoying

Thanks Kabam for giving options to people who do not want to spend real money even if it is a long slog.
