Could you remove the ability to move your city or at least limit it to only one move. I hate guys who attack and run away so no one can retaliate. Also, limit the name change as well. We had a coward attack a member and he keep changing to unknown locations. Very frustrating.

That's why I'm also suggesting the LEVEL/POWER cap of who one player can attack so that no bullying will be done and no single/few players can monopolize power ie if one player is always being farmed for resources especially gold then it hinders them to upgrade/research especially those that needs hundreds of thousands of gold to do. And maybe if that is not possible they can add a feature which enables the players to choose if they want to be part of the Player attacking player thing coz I for once had never been happy with any of PvPs like in RO, Dragonica, Cabal, etc I know this is a war game but even in reality there is an ethics in declaring WAR...

Name change is easy to figure out. If you have either mail or a report from that player just go back and check it. Every time they change name the old mail or report is updated with the new name. They cant use name change to hide.

It is easy to build your city and your might even when being constantly farmed. Just upgrade your storehouse as high as possible, research shrinking powder, don't bother building wall defenses (they are a waste of time and resources now anyway) and keep your resources below your protection limit. Any resources you cannot protect should be sent to a larger player to hold. Follow that and people wont bother to farm you anyway. No point hitting a target you get no resources from.

I disagree with the LEVEL/POWER cap for a couple reason. Based on power you cannot hit a player who was once bigger than you just because you managed to wiped them. As for level you can no longer farm player who are clearly inactive.

As for ethics I totally agree that should be a part of the game. Many alliances, mine included, enforce a code of conduct. I allow my players to farm whoever they want. However if a farm, ie not marked as red, asks politely to stop being hit then my players are obliged to cease attacks. This allows them to find inactive players to use as farms but gives active players a break from getting smashed all the time. Alliances that don't enforce some form of code of conduct generally end up on the receiving end of multiple large alliances smashing them until the fall into line. Of course like any war there are always some who do not follow the rules, written or otherwise.

I agree with you in a lot of aspect but most certainly than not there are not many players that enforces CODE OF ETHICS in the game because maybe they are so ATTACHED to the fact that they need to POWER/LEVEL UP quickly by attacking other players that they forget to enjoy certain aspect of the game this goes true with those being BULLIED(the right term other than FARMED) because of frustration most of them just opted not to play the game that's why there are INACTIVE CITIES in the game...

I've already let go of the fact that POWER/LEVEL caps will never be implemented but certainly CODE OF ETHICS of some sort should be added(like honor points or whatever it can be or like it has a drive if you are a good/bad conqueror of sort) or strictly an OVERLORD himself should know how to DISCIPLINE their members

I agree that farming if not stopped on request is bullying. Almost every alliance I declare war upon is due to them bullying other alliances or players. It certainly would be interesting to officially add some way of tracking a players CODE OF ETHICS. Almost a good vs evil indicator. I actually really like this idea

Well it is very easy to avoid farming with simple tactics as runey pointed out . What is annoying is when you are a big player and you can't even enjoy the game and have a little attack feat without being called a bully just cause you want to enjoy the game . If you are smart it is irrelevant if someone attacks you all the time I had a member getting attacked 8times a day . His might continued to increase as we counter hit them through good teamwork it is good to,have someone being farmed

Another reason level or power cap cannot work is we can just store supplies in a level 4 players city and reinforce it. then no player within the limit could get in and players outside the limit could not either.

Also, taking away porting would be taking away income. I am sure they will put in a leader board or at least a better map function in the game at some point so you can find him with a little teamwork.

The game is designed to be played as a team. If you have a bad team take the good players and find another.
