    1. Allow players to merge their accounts some players have multiple accounts on several servers. What the amount of time spent on mini games now it is hard to keep up just two of them so allow us to merge our account if we choose to.

    2. Once players merge their accounts, New World mergers it is drastically needed at this point in the game.

    3. Fix Grail Wars but only if going combine it with world conquest a similar game to GW but on ones server by doing this alliances battle more on own server and won't look to make ultimate Grail Wars team.

    4. STOP BEING GREEDY

    5. Bring back pictish camps events for non-gemmers. Most events running today require gemming to get items. in past you could gather items in pictish camps.

    6. Make beat boss cords hyperlink that should be an easy one.

    7. Campaign drop rates need improve enuff with all the blank screens, And 1 gem prizes. GREED IS catching up to this game fast.

8.Release your Campaigns their was originally 12 scheduled for Release, maybe every 3 months apart or so. Current game rate players leaving the 12 campaigns will never be made.

    9. Higher competent support and give players compensation when your game glitched not the run around.

    10. GET rid of hospitals and reimburse all the crystals etc. Hospitals main reason players have banks to heal troops. By getting rid of them banks not really needed.

    11. Fix explore to time consuming instead rubbing orb every turn 3 to 4 times most players left. Have us do it once then on chest screen in bottom corner beside end explore add a reshuffle botton. This way we hit reshuffle instead of having rub orb again time saver.

    FINAL THING BUT

Will never happen but this will draw interest and maybe bring some players back. But needs to be done maybe once every 6 months.

A player appreciation PVP no gemming what so ever allowed. Let players test their game knowledge and skills and reward them.I mean NO GEMMING no speeds,no valors, no rd tower exchange, except for city crest. Gears hammers dust to be in wilds, pictish camps and event prizes. Run this server maybe 7-10 days and for Gear prizes at the end it's tokens for exclusive gear. NOT new gear but old gear make it so prizes of gear is old pvp gear. Like underworld, resurgence, Juggernaut. This also allows returning players a chance get exclusive gear that is rare.

Ok Let the haten begin as I know many won't agree with some these issues.

1 and 2 ) everyone says merge merge merge a merge won't help anything if anything it will make things worse . The idea behind merge talk is that there is so few players on each world and even less that open or attack and a merge would bring more players that do even if it is a few . Now the problem is yes it may bring a few new players but the same old problems would persist and the merge worlds would soon be in the same boat as we are now and not to mention the first merge ended up with a lot of players leaving because of it. As for merging accounts first some players my like playing on multiple worlds and this would mess them completely second in all the world's I play now with the exception of maybe a few jewels, troops , and certain gears i wouldn't care about making my inventory's larger third if they merge worlds ( which I wish they wouldn't even though it is popular) there is no need to separately merge accounts since they would automatically merge with the world merge.

      3) they say they are fixing gw remains to be seen yet . As for making your world vs cross world . Part of the fun of gw is playing against alliances from other worlds better would be an option to play a cross world gw or own world gw

      4) I don't care if they want to make money that is the point of businesses after all but yes I agree they are getting beyond the point of just making money and more of being stingy and greedy and it definitely needs to be toned down or stopped

      5) this would be very nice even lanterns to work would be nice .

      6) this is nice but not important

      7) drop rates are horrible for the most part as for blank screens I don't mind 1 or 2 of them cause you can't get something Everytime but it is bad when you get 5 or more in a row. It would be nice for an improvement.

      8) yes it was scheduled by KABAM not gaea along with a bunch of other things yet to appear and it would be nice for new stuff but then again making new things takes time . Time that needs to be spent now fixing old features and glitches first and then only after those would I like to see new features ( new features = new problems)

      9) not just better support some support at all would nice and better yet communication at all would be nice as of now we get nothing but copy and paste messages when connecting support an improvement in any way would be nice

      10) hospitals are nice and have there uses and again the hobbit healing system is far better where a percentage of all troops are automatically healed no rss required and no special buildings needed. As for banks hospitals have nothing to do with banks especially since banks have been around way before 5th or even 4 th or 3 rd cities where even concepts. Really the only way to make banks useless is to sort of do what hobbit has done and that make rss so common place there is literally no use to keep it . Campaign bosses in hobbit drop 2mil to 20mil each hit making it easy to farm billions while on some worlds on koc it is very hard to farm certain types of rss where as if evil king mark dropped 20 mil rss it would be far easier to get rss and it would make banks far less useful as it is now gaea actually reduced rss production in all worlds making farming harder.

      11) I sort of agree it could be far simplified
Compared to now but if you notice if you swipe 1 to 3 times now you get peon packs , rss chest or hero medals if you swipe 4 to 5 times you get various other things like single rss 40 k to 250 k , troops, speeds , gear , ect now this shows that there is a difference between swipes but only 2 swipes is needed not 5 making a big difference

      12) non of these actually address the real problems which the gaps between gemmers and non gemmers and older players and new players . Now no players are gonna open or attack if they know they will get zeroed by a few big players and they will get maybe a few hundred million kills and the big players get a bil plus kills this accounts for inactivity and then the inactivity leads to players cheating which leads to non cheating players to quit which compounds the problem and while campaign drops are a problem so much of campaign drops of the same things repeatedly 15 min speeds drop in several different areas and it is the same for 1 mh hammers, 2 mh hammers , conscripts, doves ect and really leaves a void of items that are needed for newer and smaller players to grow such as 255 grail or even trainings ( as of now only available to buy for 249 gems and trainings in campaign chapter 4 ( at 400 mil might) or elite 2at 100 mil a hit and pres banners 1 available only from king mark at 1 bill might a hit meaning it is very difficult for new players

So I will put forward my list again on what needs to be done.
        1. Strengthen Knights/add items: Come out with gear/jewels and other items to strengthen knights on a regular basis. I know that people will complain, but having new items is what generates revenue. When coming out with new gear, it does not even have to be a full set. Just an actual upgrade on something existing. You already have this down, but without the rest, it just causes frustration that you can not catch up.
        2. Make available: 2 weeks after the gear/other items (and not before) make the gear available in limited fashion in Merlin and other games. To keep this current a list of older items should be kept and as new items are added, older items are removed from games like Merlin (there would still be a means of getting these). Games like Merlin should contain only the top 3 or so of the most current items. As new items are released, older items should drop more frequently.
        3. Update Campaign on a monthly basis. The top level of campaign should have the third or at worst the forth best gear/jewels available. Non and small spenders need an upgrade path. As items get removed from the top level, they get pushed down to the next level of campaign.
        4. Update Competitions every 2 weeks. As new items are released, these should be reflected in what people compete for. The idea is to keep it fresh and relevant. There have already been many posts on how to provide reasonable levels and on scheduling the competition that could be implemented so that people at all levels want to compete.
        5. Change merlin and the wheel on a regular basis. This is not just for the new items, but for the other filler items on a premium Merlin. All we have had for months is hero medals and charms to upgrade gear. Keep it fresh so that people have different items to play for. Not just the same crap. Have different Merlin's that focus on different types of items (one could be primarily troop based, one could be gear based, one could be hero based, etc). Merlin should always have a good amount of troops though. This is a war game and people need troops to fight with.
        6. Fix the imbalance in troops that are dropped. You get much more catapults than any other type of troop for t3. Same for ballista for t2. People need all type of troops to attack with. Not just one type predominately.
        7. Let people win the mini games. This idea where you make it almost impossible to let anyone get new items without spending a fortune is just making you look like greedy asses. I am not saying that everybody should be able to get the top prize, but items should at least be available that you can get the first or second level without having to take out a second mortgage on your house. I will say that you are doing slightly better on this on current knight *35 game. Keep this up and it is a step in the right direction.
        8. Stop having so many options on the mini games (tower,Arthur's chest, etc.) where you get the worst option 90% of the time. What is wrong with giving a guaranteed prize. People don't want to play these games (and especially don't want to spend money) where they know that more often than not, they will not get a good prize. Once again, by offering so many many worthless items as prizes, you only make people want to quit and not play.
        9. Make drop rates on random items reasonable. Take the level 14 jewel mystery chest. You work hard to get one and 95% of the time (if you are lucky, I have gotten 1 good jewel (ruby/sapphire) out of 30 chests opened) it is a diamond or emerald. If you are lucky. And in order to fill 2 knights with these, you about 26 rubies and sapphires each. So at a 5% drop rate, you would need at least 1000 of the mystery chests. A 1/4 or 1/5 of getting a sapphire or ruby would be reasonable. Still hard to get, but at least then you have a chance. Sm
        10. Do not ever make any gear exclusive to an event Yes it sounds good because then people have to compete hard to get it. The issue is that you then have anyone new at a permanent disadvantage since they can never acquire the gear. You could make gear to some events unavailable for a longer period (say a month and then start to make it available slowly. But never being able to get it is just stupid.
        11. Let people vote on what new features should be included. Many people have had some good ideas and I know that some of them are even conflicting but let your community decide what they like best. You may still have ideas on your own to generate new items that fit into the first item to generate revenue (an example is when gear was first introduced or the recent addition of rings and gear refresh) and this is fine also, but nothing will keep a player playing for a long time as having a vested interest in how the game evolves.
        12. Own up to your mistakes. People do make mistakes but when people pay money based on a typo that you make, just live with it. What does it cost you to give someone a master hammer 15 when you only meant to give away a 14 for that comp? Nothing but a few bytes of data. What does it cost you when you don't? A customer that could be paying you money for years. It is not like we are paying for something that actually exists. It is basically free for you so act like it.
        13. Let your customer service actually resolve issues. When people are complaigning about something that is time sensitive in a competition, they do not have time to wait until someone is customer service passes the information along and waits for a response. They should be able to resolve it quickly. Yes, I understand that they may not be able to resolve all issues, but they should be able to resolve many. If an issue unfairly affects people play in a long running competition, then they should also be granted some fair compensation. The key word is fair.
        14. Communicate. Have a weekly or biweekly communication on the forum on major issues. It is even OK if you just say that we are still working on the problem as long as this does not go on for months. If something new comes up (like the current login issue) have someone respond on the forum. When you do come up with a solution for a major problem, be clear on what that solution means. As an example, the knight marshal fix. People still do not know what this actually means and have been asking questions since it was introduced and no one has responded with any answer to any question. Current major items that need to be addressed are things like ALT killing and grail war glitches.

So how does all of this work for you and the players benefit.
        • You keep new items continuously coming out to generate revenue
        • You provide an upgrade path to all so that even the small spenders stay around
        • You keep the game fresh so that it is fun to play.

So the last thing to do, only after you have done the rest, is to merge the worlds.
