  • Time to update shop

Now I am sure that not many people buy anything from the shop anymore unless it is for one of the mini comps.

Why not update the items in the normal shop so they would be useful to people who have been playing the game for years instead of the same items that were there 4+ years ago when the game was new.
This would help both new and older players.

    So here are my suggestions:

Get rid of the following altogether. Anyone who buys these probably clicked on the button accidentally and did not mean to buy these items.
    • Second, third, fourth and city of solstice deeds. These should be given to new players as they reach certain levels so they can grow quickly and be competitive.
    • Iron and Wooden hammers. No longer used by anyone.
    • Train with Kay and Author ? Once again, new players should be given knights that start at 250. They can win sainted items from explore to upgrade from there.
    • All of the items in the resource tab . Way to little for way to much.
    • All of the chest in the Chest tab with the exception of the Merlin token chest.

So now on to what should be placed in the shop instead along with the prices for these items:
    • Divine Inspiration - Reduce price to 5 gems. Established players don?t need these and new players need to catch up quickly and should not be expected to pay a fortune to do it or they will leave.
    • Divine Elevation - 10 gems ? Same reason as above
    • Squire Hourglass bundle - 10 gems for 100 hourglasses. : Most people hit campaign for these now, but there is a potential to maybe get some sales by offering reasonable bundles of speedups. This also helps new people to catch up quickly at a reasonable cost. This applies to all of the speedups below.
    • Knights hourglass bundle - 15 gems for 50 hourglasses
    • Guinevere's hourglass bundle - 20 gems for 50 hourglasses
    • Morgana's Hourglass bundle - 20 gems for 40 hourglasses
    • Arthur's Hourglass bundle - 20 gems for 30 hourglasses
    • Merlin's Hourglass bundle - 20 gems for 25 hourglasses
    • lood Frenzy and Stone Skin - Reduce to 2 gems ? People that have been playing for years have multiple years already in use. New people should be able to get cheaply until they can win more or get them from divine chest.
    • Portal of Order - Reduce to 2 gems ? Same reasons as above
    • 12 hour dove - Reduce to 5 gems
    • 8 hour dove - reduce to 3 gems
    • 2 hour dove - reduce to 1 gem
    • 24 hour dove - 8 gems
    • 7 day dove - 20 gems. This is useful for bankers and would reduce the number of abandoned cities in a world. But people will not pay much for it if they can setup a new city for free.
    • Gold Hero medal - reduce to 1 gem
    • Startup Chest - 100 gems. This should contain the following:
      • Complete set of Inferno gear (not sure of gear set to offer, but this seems like a good start.).
      • 5 - Total Master hammer 10
      • 10 Infinite speed ups (to help with research)
      • 15 level 6 rubies and sapphires
    • Token Chest - can keep this. Don;t think many will buy them, but why not
    • Resource Bundle - 10 gems. Should contain 50 mil of each resource. No one buys resources, but if you make them cheap enough, they might.

I seriously doubt gaea would do this especially since you seem to cut the gem prices way to much and are giving to much but granted alot of items in the shop do need an update
They need to either put a grail 255 in the shop or in other places in the game

As it is every new player is essentially given a free second city since new players get 110 gems and the second is 55 gems

I doubt they will either, but would be dumb not to. I don't know about you, but have not bought anything from shop that was not related to a special item in years (Token chests, Arthur boxes, etc).
I seriously doubt anyone else does either (or very few).
So why not lower the costs significantly to try and generate revenue from the shop again.
The only items that are giving a lot away is the startup chest, which should be cheap.
As far as being given a second city, no they are not. It still costs gems, even if they are free.
Give them for free and you could potentially even reduce the number of free gems, thereby also potentially reducing people creating free alts.
The lower price for everything else also helps with this.

Well you want to make speed packs of about 50 speeds each and the 15 min speed one is 15 gems for 50 speeds that isn't even 1 gem a piece and the hour ones are 20 gems for 50 that is 50 hours for only 5 gems more then 12 and a half hours that is insane and it just gets worse from there if and this combined with free cities would just encourage alt building hell I might consider building an alt if I got free cities and I could spend so little and finish everything.

And tbh the reason most of this stuff doesn't sell is cause you can farm most of what is in shop in campaign for free
