I have now EARNED a second city deed in 2 worlds. My tip is to attack level 6 pic camps with 1000 swordsman any level knight. And use your resourses you gain from te attacks to replenish your swordsmen you lost. This is how I earned both. It works very well. Take my tip or leave it, that's your choice. Just trying to spread the word that it is possible to do without loosing a ton of might. Good Huntings! <3

        Is is it still possible?

After 2 WEEKS of daily cresting for my 5th city and hitting an average of 104 level 7-9 wilds per day, I have absolutely 0 crests to show for my efforts. The is 1456 wilds with out a single success. And yep this is manual not with a bot which never worked right so I stopped using it. Is it still even possible to find crests of like everything else do I have to buy the damn chests? Any info from Kabam would be nice.

While "Cresting" is it smart to send supply carts so that I can get back more resources? If so... what is the optimal amount to send?

My thoughts were that you wouldn't be able to loot more than a certain amount depending on which level camp attacked. I seem to keep getting 70k of each resource.

I have been crest hunting for the last couple of weeks. It's slow work, but I get a pretty good rate of crests. My round tower is up to level 8 now, and even though I only attack level 6 picts I get a crest around every second time, a little more actually I think. I have 63 right now and with increased attacks I hope to have 100 within a couple of days.

I use the same strategy described, using only militia men and t2 troops to attack level 6 picts. It costs me 500-600 militia men each time so it's costly. However, I get a fair amount of resources for it and xp for my knight, so not all bad. I tried attacking level 7 picts as well at first, but didn't feel like I got much out of it other that higher losses, so I quit that and focus on level 6. Hope to be the first GoW with 3 cities soon

If you have a Round Tower, your crest are kept in there and you can see how many you have. The higher the level of the round tower, increases the drop rate.

Does Anyone Know, is the crest fall rate increased if you use a higher experienced knight to lead the attack??

                    Where to find your crests...

If you have built a ROUND TOWER click on it and the tab on the right will say "ARTIFACTS", click on artifacts and "KABAM!" you'll see the Total amount of Crests you have Accumulated. From what I can tell once you have reached 100 CRESTS and have met the other Criteria shown, there is a "CLAIM" button you push to Redeem the Crests to obtain a Second City. I, personally, have Defeated a City and on the Report of my Conquest it showed that I had 50 Crests that I had acquired. But to my dismay, I Never received those CRESTS and they Never showed up in My Round Tower either. Happy Hunting!

I assume you mean via TapJoy. You would have to ask them that as they are the ones who set the policies.

                            Dropping Crests From Cities

Until the recent update, I could easily drop crests from other cities (where I know crests to be present). Now? Not at all. What are the requirements to drop a crest from another city when attacking it? Is there a minimum troop count?

Aside from the things they've already told us (only attack level 6-10 pict camps, don't attack the same camp more than once an hour, build and upgrade your round tower as high as you can), and the obvious things you should already know (use the highest level knights you have)... there are additional strategies you can use to effectively attack pict camps to earn your crests.

Each time you attack a pict camp, you'll find that you lose troops. This is what's going to limit how quickly you can earn your crests more than anything. If you run out of troops, you can't attack any more, and you can't earn crests. Thus, your strategy should be to build troops as quickly as you can, while also minimizing your losses while attacking.

There should be plenty of guides on how to build a large effective army already, so I'll skip that part. What I'll concentrate on is how to minimize your losses when attacking picts.

If you scout the different levels of pict camps, you'll notice a few things. One is that for each particular level, their army is always composed of the same mix of troops. Some will have all ground, some will have all horse, some will have all artillery, and some will have all 3. If you're smart about what types of troops you use in your attack, you can exploit the weaknesses of the different pict camps to help reduce your troop losses.

Level 10 and level 6 picts only have cavalry troops. By attacking these camps with ONLY ground troops (mm, swordsmen, battering rams), you'll reduce your losses. Similarly, level 9 picts use only artillery, so attacking with only cavalry troops will reduce your losses. And finally for level 7 picts which only use ground troops, you should attack with only artillery troops (archers, ballistae, catapults) to reduce your losses. Level 8 picts use a mix of all 3 troop types, and as a result don't have a specific weakness, so you should avoid attacking these altogether.

By following this strategy, your troops will last longer and let you earn more crests.

Looking at the drop rates I'm seeing, assuming you attack a mix of all pict camp levels, it'll take 800+ attacks before you get 100 crests. Depending on the level of your knights, your research level, and the make up of your army, this will likely cost you from 6-10 million in might... so expect a long grind. Hopefully these tips will help you get there a bit faster. Good luck earning those crests!
Your figures are a bit on the wrong side, I certainly didn't do more than 200 attacks an only wasted about2-3 mill might

His information is outdated, not wrong. At the time, he was correct. Things have changed a little with each update to the game.
