Many players are fed up with the glitch of troops that randomly disappear. In addition when we take the time to write that our troops have disappeared customer service at Kabam is awful they don't do anything to compensation the players for the missing troops in addition they could care less that there is a huge glitch and problem in the game. I know for a fact that this is happening to multiple players.
One common trend I am noticing; if you use speed ups to bring attacks home there is a 90% chance those troops will disappear and not make it back. Second, when using an everlasting port if you port right when your troops appear in your city, that particular group of troops will disappear and never come back. Third, if you send out wave after wave on a city you are attacking any surviving troops will never make it back to your city.
I have started writing down exactly how many of each troop I have prior to attacking any city due to this continual glitch. When I send my request to Kabam I am given all sort of nothing is wrong with our game.
My chancy lost 12 billion might that has never been replaced he knows exactly which troops are missing. I have lost 100 million might 95% heavy cavalry. In addition I lost 400K supply caravans and 500K supply wagons. A few other players in my alliance have been losing troops and wagons. The reports show that we did not lose the troops that we won the battles however the troops NEVER returned, or even went into our hospitals.
This is a horrible glitch that first as a player I would request that your company fix this problem. second, provide your players customer service I am so sick of wasting time on this game to randomly lose troops because your game has flaws and than be treated like dog crap by your customer service department.
FIX THIS PROBLEM AND COMPENSATE YOUR PLAYERS AKA CUSTOMERS! DO YOU REALIZE THAT YOUR LOSING PLAYERS TO OTHER GAMES BECAUSE OF THIS!!!!! WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE???????? I AM VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS GAME AND YOUR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON THIS GAME AT LEAST ACKNOWLEDGE MY EXISTENCE WITHOUT A STUPID FORM LETTER
