Hi, I tried many times to beat this chapter I only won 3 of them, I need help from any of you awesome players of how many troops of each I can send so I can win the heroes ... Please try to help me out I lost tons of might already thanks.

  • #2
Chapter 4 has too much might just ignor it. Most in 133 cant do it its very difficult I know many have zeroed tryint. Still hoping they fix it and lower the might as it stands maybe Only handful in 133 can do it.

I agree. We need to lower the might in chapter 4. Might is too high in this chapter and lots of people get stuck here.

a player by name TrialNsuffering shared a cheat sheet on how to attack camp 4. go through with it. Its very helpful. and be sure to attack campaign 4 with heros and your marshall. marshall should have well forged gears and should also have more -buffs than regular buffs.

Lol i followed that, i only ended up knocking off 1million might out of his 4mil+.

I maxed out the number of troops i could send, had three heroes with me (6000-10000might) and sainted knight*5.

Now i need to be patient and level up my heroes more. Ugh.

            1) Don't use your marshal for that. If you did, chances are pretty good you would have won with attack knight (given the numbers you mentioned)
            2) Don't prioritize debuffs just because it's campaign. Whatever is your best attack setup you should use for that camp. If you don't know what should be your best attack setup, use the tool linked down there vvv

133 isnt like the older worlds thats issue

In 133 majority plauers in the 100s of millioons bigest player like 15bil. I visited an old world 70 b4 it merged to 126 I think. And 126 has same exact campaign. How can 133 have same campaign especially chapter 4 ten they have. Players their all like 50 to 100 bil might its crazy so attacking with 150k t6 is no issue for them not even a scratch. But in 133 most cant even do a full wave with t5 much less t6 that is the prooblem we in 133 most not that much might to do it.

When chapter 4 was first introduced, the biggest player in our old world probably wasn't bigger than 10 or 15b. The worlds don't need to be equal.

                  1. I thought defense was the better choice for campaign? I must say I don't attack 4th campaign...
                  2. Thats something an alli member said yesterday. He has more debuff lately and his results in campaign were a bit worse.

So I need to use my attack-knight, but I need to replace my debuff-items for regular attack-gear without much debuff?

Defense knight is superior to attack knight unless your attack knight is far far superior to your marshal if you use your marshal and are losing there are two things you can do use an iron skin and add 10-20k imp guards to your attack if you have to use your attacker due to poor marshal use fury and mages

This may help, it has gotten more than a few through the fourth map.

You may not want to attempt unless your knight close to 800 or above. The higher it is the better. Also your heroes should be above 75. (at least two of them above 75). You can also use frenzy, barkskin, fury and iron skin. They help greatly. But remember you will need to speed rest heroes, to be able to complete within the two-hour time frame. Good luck!!

I'll give example for first city then just give a break down of troop types you send for rest of the city.
C1: 1/3 artillery, 2/3 cav( 6k mages, 2k imps, 40k fire cats, 80k sycth carts) ( if you can't take as many troops just lower them equally, but keep same number of imps and mages),      C2: 1/4 ground, 3/4 artillery(always mages and imps),
                      C3: 1/4 cav, 3/4 ground,
                      C4: 1/4 artillery, 3/4 cav,
                      C5: 1/4 cav, 3/4 ground,
C6: 1/4 ground, 3/4 artillery( no mages or imps, small city)
                      C7: 1/4 artillery, 3/4 cav,
C8: 1/4 cav, 3/4 ground, (add t6 to your mix if you haven't already) (if your knight and heroes high enough, you may not need t6)
                      C9: 1/4 artillery, 3/4 ground,
C10: 1/4 ground, 3/4 artillery( up your Mage count to 8k minimum) ,
C11: 1/4 cav, 3/4 ground(city not that big, don't need mages and imps),
                      C12: 1/4 artillery, 3/4 cav,
                      C13: 1/4cav, 3/4 ground,
                      C14: 1/4 artillery, 3/4 cav,
                      C15: 1/4 ground, 3/4 artillery,
                      C16: 1/4 cav, 3/4 ground,
                      C17: 1/4 artillery , 3/4  cav,
                      C18: 1/4 ground, 3/4 artillery,
                      C19: 1/4 cav, 3/4 ground,
                      C20: 1/4 artillery, 3/4 cav

                      Good Luck!!

                        1. Yes, for the most part your marshal is the better choice for Campaign. I was replying directly to the person saying he couldn't beat a specific camp (in chapter 4). There he needed an attack knight.

                        2. Ignore buff/debuff for the sake of campaign. As I said, for the most part, your want to use marshal, and whichever setup is best for your marshal will be best for the campaign.

                          Good Luck!!
                          Two things:

                          1) I would not suggest using mages on the initial camps. The camps are tiny compared to the last one. If you can't make it without mages, you won't make the last one. Mages are too valuable to waste there.

                          2) The combination of mages and imps isn't really very helpful. Imps can help defend, but they are worthy units, i wouldn't waste them at all, and they just take space in your march (they have almost zero attack). If you can't do it with marshal, you can build a mixed knight, or just send a small wave (not full one) with your attack knight.

I spent alot of time making a knight built around campaign mode.
Was able to beat act4 with no heros and little troop loss (yes i was skinned) but no hero use.

I suggest gear with Very high enemy attack debuff as priority to really help with campaign.
Also consider using buffs like fury and iron skin. Ive found that iron skin saves more troops over all but every but helps.
I listed the order of effectivness of abilities: 1) -enemy attack debuff 2) +life 3)-enemy life 4)+attack

I have had great success (some time back) with diff gear. I will try to list in order of effectiness.

                            Armor:
                            Chaos life version, Lohengrins, Sacred/jonsey

                            Pants:
                            Lohengrins, Sainted

                            Shield:
Wallids, Chaos (30 life version), celestial shield

                            Sword:
Fire (-atk), blade of justice, Aqyi, Celstial sword

I believe some other gear would work better, like corruptors with the right list of abilites.
I was not lucky enough to win anything worth while on corruptors to further test out.
But i suspect (especially sword) with the first ability as -enemy attack would be a winner winner!

*as another tip, farm some speedy ups from act 1 and stock pile.
Use speedy ups to take hero off resting to gain maxable use time out of skin/fury.
Attach all 3 heros to march to limit troop loss.
                            Use Owain, Gareth, and Trist.
