- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.

- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

Ruk if you would allow me to respond to your messages I wouldn't have to type it all out then come here and redo it just saying. I would like to thank you for telling me the proper way to report CHEATING by the player that everybody in 126 knows as "that miserable cheater" Oh wait I did start there I sent support 2 different mails that both recieved auto responses that didn't even partain to the subject. So your suggestion while sounds nice and formal well to say the least is plain garbage. Forum and support gurus send us chasing our tails for days until the matter is glossed over and swept under a rug. The player who sold the account was in my alliance I have all the details of the transaction and Kabam could take a few seconds because believe me that's all it takes to see the " miserable cheats" actions with your own eyes. I swear every single letter from support reads same way blah blah blah " and as a fellow gamer" well we know that's just a load because if it was a Kabam employee getting cheated out of his money by some low life you can bet your tail Kabam would take notice and action. So how about instead of deleting our posts how about you answer the question. When Kabam support fails us as customers what action does that leave us? No wait I've learned not to ask questions I know the answer to. How about this; answer this question. Is Kabam aware of the miserable cheats actions? That's all we really need to know. If they are aware and have done nothing that tells us where we rate and if they are blissfully unaware it should tell them what we have all said a million times Kabam support is not the players friend. Now I don't think I mentioned any players names and if you take a minute to answer I think all the players will find it constructive. You have yourself an awesome day.

Keith...do you really think you're going to get something other than an automated response? Highly unlikely. We all, including Kabam, know who the hackers and cheats are but they do nothing. You, apparently, aren't spending enough money to warrant any actions against another player regardless how many snapshots you have. Proof is only proof if it's being read by someone that can implement consequences.

We understand the frustrations caused by those who break Section 8 of the Terms of Service by purchasing and selling accounts as it is extremely unfair to gain kills in this manner. I can assure you that the issue you bring up on world 126 has and still is being investigated and if any evidence is found within the game of any users partaking in this behavior will have the appropriate actions taken against them.

Unfortunately I cannot provide a status report on actions taken upon accounts but if there is any proof found of this behavior you have nothing to worry about.

The issue is that people have sent numerous reports and complaints.
        Nothing happens.
The people involved have so little respect for you that they are openly bragging about it in gc now.
My guess is that still nothing will happen.

Your policies need to change so that there are actual repercussions to cheating and not just an empty phrase which is all we're getting.
        People are fed up

Well Kabam we have lost 3 members in the past few days in our alliance over the cheating and hacking that has been going on but yet you do nothing to make sure this type of stuff doesn't continue. If things keep going the way that they are Horsa 126 will only be a memory for you. Activity in Horsa 126 since this most recent events of TKS cheating account purchasing and a hack job to throw on top of it has plummeted big time. Why you ask? Because of KABAM not upholding their TOS to all players in the game. We all have dealt with some type of issues with this game I'm sure but all of the issues that we have dealt with in the past meaning(gear, drop ratio, campaign) and I can go on but those are somewhat understandable but to have someone that is absolutely very open about his ways of getting tks in GLOBAL Chat and for you not to do anything is just wrong on all sides of the spectrum. We as players have sent in countless emails to customer support and here on forums but yet they have not been answered in a professional manner and we just get automated responses from customer support.

What the players in 126 posted here is trure. Keith is spot on. Lack of action in this matter is further killing the game that many of us would have played for a long time. Cheaters do mock Kabam on GC because they know there is no risk to their actions. Just another day in KOC. Makes me wonder why I started playing again?
