  • Account Purchasing Issue

Dear Kabam your beloved [removed] has finally come out of the closet exposing his alts and account buying and killing practices during Tk comps for the whole world to see. He's now killed about 30 billion might today. His actions have finished killing your game. We warned you and sent you mail concerning his cheating but nothing was ever done. Now there is no point to spend gems or compete in any comp. Now I'm sure this post will be deleted As my mail to Kabam itself was skimmed over and rejected as well lol. It's too late now the word is out and everybody knows what's up. Maybe you could do a merge put [removed] in a world all alone so he could play by himself he doesn't seem to want to play with others anyway. See this way you could still collect money from [removed] and rest of us could play the game. Then as more cheaters are exposed you could ban them to [removed] world hey see that there's another money making idea for you right there. Good luck getting people to gem now.

    What a great idea!
As kabam have made it abundantly clear that their terms and conditions only matter when it effects kabam directly. Moving [removed] and all his alts to their own world makes perfect sense. Then when someone else gets caught cheating they can get banished to [removed] pretty soon the majority of [removed] would be there and then maybe 126 could have a cheat free world

As terms and conditions are there to protect both parties then maybe it's time to get a refund from Apple for the game. After all Kabam is not looking after my investment in this game by letting tk cheats and account hackers go unpunished so why shouldn't we all claim refunds??

I've never been a really big spender but have definitely spent my fair share...not any more. This situation with hackers, people killing alts and the lack of consequences from Kabam has finished it off for me. It's obvious to me that Kabam caters to the deep pockets and won't touch [removed] or anyone else like him. KABAM...your greed, comps, prizes, and, most of all, your random gear has destroyed this game for me and most of my alliance. Our posts go unanswered. Our emails to you get deleted. Our suggestions fall on deaf ears. Thank you very much Kabam for screwing up a great game.

You said it just right King. We the players have put in more effort to improve this game than Kabam ever has, only to have our ideas and complaints fall on deaf ears. I think I am classed as a big gammer and Kabam has never given me a thing never answered any of my concerns and never even read one of my emails as evident by their cookie cutter responses to endless mails. So there Ya go Kabam who ever is in charge of customer care should be taken out back blindfolded and horse whipped. I SAY AGAIN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANYTHING IVE EVER BEEN A PART OF. Ps your random stat gear in plain words SUCKS.

I really don't even see the reason to keep playing honestly. You KABAM state that in your terms of service that NO ONE is allowed to buy someone's account and or sell their account and it is punishable on both parties to be banned permanently. We have sent you endless mails about people ONLY using alts to get tks to cheat their way to win prizes with alts and now this person [removed] has purchased someone's account for a total of 27 billion tks for what ever amount of money I don't know but he was very open about purchasing this persons account in gc to make sure he won the 24 hour tks event that is still going on. We all know [removed] only kills alts or purchased accounts. You make it known that that anyone and everyone that doesn't follow the terms of services that any action against these terms of service is punishable and yet you do nothing to these people who are very open about CHEATING on all ends of the game. Where is the so called "BALANCE OF THE GAME" that you preach to everyone when people like this are very open about what they do??? We as players of your game no matter what we spend on gems should be treated EQUALLY and not based on what you spend on the game. I have worked hard on the 97 billion tks that I have and for someone just to cheat their way up the tks ranks is absolutely wrong to the players that have worked hard on getting their knights to where they are and to be able to get their tks ranks higher. I personally have spent several thousands of dollars on this game and honestly at this point the only thing that is keeping me from leaving this game is the people that I have met on it and have gained a friendship with. I can promise you that until something is done I will not be spending another red cent of my money towards this game as it is pointless to spend anything on a game that only a cheater will win in the end.

Maybe the gestapo on here are sympathetic to it all now?. I mean they must have realised by now that [removed] is a tk cheat. Everyone in 126 knows it and there's only really his personal fluffers in his alli that try and massage his "ego" a little and say "[removed]...you the man in 126"
Makes me sick to the core that I've invested time and money into a game where the owners really don't care about the gamers.

Ok I will forword this info on to GMs. I can't say they can comment on actions normally taken by Kabam can't be talked about publicly. it is still against the forum rules to black list or talk specifically about another player. Kinda how some didn't like there Knights being posted. I have forward this info to GMs.

Not sure how naming a cheat that everyone in his world knows is a cheat can be compared to having your knight listed in a thread.
I understand you can't say what actions have been taken however if his tk remains unchanged in ranks then it's kind of obvious that no action was taken...again.

The proper means of reporting alleged TOS violators is to the Support Center, not to the forums. Forums are a place for discussion, not for finger pointing. Blacklisting players will not, nor ever will be, tolerated on the forums.
