MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.


Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    The might is way to high for campaign now, players without the better gear forged can no longer do campaign as the might lost is huge. We have several players with *1 and under without the best gear, and not highly forged. They can send50k t4 and be defeated in chapter 3, the might is way to high, and for us players with 260 knights n forged gear we are loosing crazy amount of might trying win season 1 gear which shouldnt be in campaign as we havent had those gears out yet much less season 2 n 3.

    are you trying kill 133 with the might increase in campaign alot of players are going to quit as some pretty muchh zero themselves just to try win gear.and new players that just join can NOT do campaign at alll the might is insane for players justjoining the server, did you take this under consideration when you put these mights crazy high

    I think a mistake was made and this camoaign belongs in older server were all that gear was released.

    please redo campaign bring back lunetee tokens and allow new players to do campaign.

    remove all the gear that was won past 2 days from season 1 thru 3 gear.

    please dont kill another server thats what current campaign will do.

      Hello!

      Did this increase happen recently? If so, let me know we will get this looked into as soon as possible. The only intentional change we made to campaign for 133 was the revamp to the drops but that was early January.

        I have lost nearly 500 million might in last days trying to get better gear, didn't even pay attention to the might change at first just was hitting away then my templar and arcane archers disappeared, it was then I realised it was because of might change, sent in a token but no reply yet, please help

          Quick update! Our engineers will be looking into this tonight and will hopefully have some more feed back for us soon.

          At this time it appears that only the drops were changed, so the might would not have been affected. I will let you know for sure after our engineers get back to us.

              Whole campaign changed msybe jan 28, might went from fighting 600k might boss to 100 mil that os huge difference. Also tons of gear was added that I dont think we shoukd have yet, hopefully they return lunette tokens

                Hey everyone,


                Okay so the engineers have checked out campaign to see what all was altered. After their investigation they found that the difficulty level was raised as noted by the increased might amount displayed before one confirms they want to attack the camp. They also found that several pieces of unreleased gear were added among other item changes, so as the result of an error on our part these items were released earlier than intended into the economy. After reviewing the situation the team felt that in the interest of maintaining a positive user experience, it is best not to remove the items from the economy. We will also be granting everyone on world 133, 3x Stamina potions so that they can check out the new drops and maybe even win some new gear !

                  Thanks for clearing that issue up but what about the 500 mil might i lost due to an error on kambams side, 3 stamnia potions wont help me because i dont have troops now to attack those high might camps

                    This doesn't maintain a "positive user experience" at all. Are you serious Kabam?

                    Chapter 4 of the campaign is impossible to 95% of those playing in server 133. The 5% overachieving gemmers who can hit chapter 4 now have gear (Season 3) equivalent to servers that have been around over two years. Are you kidding me? This is complete garbage on your part, KABAM. Garbage.

                    And 3X stamina's to see the "new drops" is your answer. A weak apology email, and 3 staminas? Really? Majority of players on this server have Wisdom, God, or if they are lucky, Sainted or Sacred Gear. No way to even pretend to hit chapter 4 for the majority of us. So what is this gonna do? More people gonna close up - cause we don't wanna get completely destroyed.

                    Not only has the opening of new server 118 taken away about 50% of the player base from 133, now this garbage campaign comes out to further destroy the server.

                    Tell me Kanoona, does Kabam really just want to close up shop on server 133? We not spending enough money for you guys?

                    Yes - I'm very disgruntled right now about server 133.

                    And to top it all off, you all are running what has to be the most boring contest ever. A two month long kill contest for winter essence bottles that you can trade in for an avatar? Really?

                    Want to bring life back to server 133? Lower the might's on the campaign chapters. At least chapters 3 and 4. If you are going to leave Season 3 gear in, at least make it obtainable to more than just the gemming 5%. Damn.

                      I agree with jim, cant really do campaign 3 I get destroyed lose so much troops, and yes this might increase is killing 133. U loose millions of might per battle. The ,most common reaction to the free stamina was gerat 3 potiins to zero our selves in campaign. The might is just way to high. Players with kngith under 260 cant even do campaign 3. Thats insane.

                        This is one of the many reasons I stopped playing and only log in to chat with friends. A great game ruined by greed from the maker. Used to be a game I would play 6 or 7 hours a day just for fun. now you have to play for 10 hours a day just to complete daily tasks. I was hopping on to hit campaign and chat with friends but since the increase in the might levels I pretty much gave up on the game. Sad
