Kabam many of the players in 126 have reported to you that accounts are being hacked. Those accounts 3 that I know of have all been zerod by the same shifty no account player. So far none of us have noticed anything being done about it even though we were all promised it was urgently being looked into. I have no clue what your people are doing but very first step I suggest is change your security or I mean actually add some security. Some of us have massive amounts of money invested in our accounts but every player would be devastated to lose everything he's put into this game. Your password change procedure is a joke as far as security goes. We all have line and socialize outside Kabam chat and the requirements for changing a password and claiming an account as your own is an absolute joke. Like tieing a tin can to your corvette. By the time you guys get around to doing anything there is no telling how many people will fall victim to this. The games Tk stats are forever tainted as if they weren't tainted enough not to mention losing good players who won't invest another penny after being robbed. I guarantee you I am not alone in demanding immediate security changes to protect what for many has turned into a major investment of not only money but time. Ps. I'd say the odds of the same player zeroing at least 3 hacked account unmarshed are about the same as me winning the lottery. THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM FOR AUTOMATED RESPONSES. Give us security right now tonight would not be soon enough, it sure wouldn't be for the 3 people who lost out already.

Kabam is not responding to this

This has gone on long enough, The 3rd account got jacked just a few hours ago and yes zeroed unmarshaled by the same person that zeroed the first two. Kabam has all the evidence collected but all we get from them are cut-and-paste responses yet our accounts are being hijacked daily. The security is a joke. The longer action is delayed the bolder these people get and they feel untouchable, heck in the words of the hacker himself "I am unbeatable" kabam has these whispers as well but all was ignored. We have spent good money on this game kabam how about some action???!!!

The frustrating thing about all this is that a few of us have spent the time to collect all the evidence about this and find out who it is without any doubt yet kabam just don't take an interest in any of it. All I've been given is automated responses about it which basically means "we don't care" Maybe when people stop spending and MORE people quit the game because they aren't prepared to risk their investments getting stolen then kabam may take an interest as it seems it's the only thing they care about is the bank account

            I was hacked

I am from 126 and I am one of the victims of this hacker I am always open with def knight marshalled plenty of gold. All of a sudden I get logged out of game and by the time I was back in, my marshal was not there and I had lost nearly 16 billion might.
Kabam need to fix their security as I've spent lots of money on this game and I can't do it all again. If not fixed I will leave the game forever

This is a well known issue in Horsa126 and from what I have seen in GC it happened in this specific players world previous to the merger happening. So obviously this player has a rep of whispering people stating that he works with the iTunes store and offering the, 16,000 - 17,000 gems and the person gives them their email account. This has got to stop ASAP this will kill your game and a game that the people who do play the game with respect instead of trying to screw people over. This person needs to have all his devices banned from ALL OF KABAMS GAMES. This is not something that needs to be taken lightly this needs to be handled quickly before this person ruins it for everyone who loves to play this game.

                Agree

All the evidence is there and the player we all know should be perminantly banned immediately. Kabam is hurting the game in so many ways and many good players have quit the game this week. We need a line chat with a Kabam employee who can take action to get this resolved quickly. Letting someone get by hacking and 0ing players for stats is just another example of Kabam giving some an unfair advantage. JMHO

I have been whispered, as have many of my alliance members, asking for username and email information from someone claiming to be from iTunes. Your security is a complete joke. All I need is a username or email and I can change someone's password. In doing so, I have access to that users kabam account and can do with it as I wish. For example, open a troop city unmarshaled so someone in my alliance can zero it. Kabam, you really need to do something about this security issue before any others become "hacked". All tk tournaments since the world merge have been an absolute disgrace. You have done nothing about members killing alts so it is probably fair to assume you will do nothing about this either.

Kabam and all affiliates will never ask for your log-in information, especially in-game. I have created a post to spread awareness of this issue with scammers.

Please keep in mind that Kabam, iTunes, or any other employees that which affiliate with Kabam will never ask you for your account log-in information, such as your email and password. so if someone is confirmed hacking, they could possible just get a slap on the wrist, or a stupid 24hr ban? What good will that do?

The password does not change unless it is a Email to your account registered one. The password does not change if you get it sent to a different email i hae tried this extensively to see and it hasn't worked/saved unless it was my main email.

She said or closure I would assume confirmed hackers would get removed totaly. I can't see them not banning a confirmed hacker.

Probably best not to assume things Cank. Rukkirii's statement is pretty woolly.....and......history doesn't back up your assumption.
