Hey Kabam, I believe there is somebody in the server Morgana38 cheating and hacking or paying someone to hack gems onto his account. In only 2 weeks, he has obtained level 51. His might is low, around 1 million, because I believe he has not started to even train yet. I saw on global chat one day he said he used 1k gems to get his healing potions to 10, now honestly who would spent $70 dollars to obtain one level of healing potions, unless they got their gems in an unfair fashion. A simple look into the transaction history of his account I believe would reveal that he has obtained the gems illegitimately, and I hope that kabam can take action and remove this cheater because he is not only stealing from your potential gem sales, but stealing the experience of a legitimate competition between players in Morgana38. I have submitted a support ticket to Kabam (incident:120815-000529). I would just like to make everyone at Kabam aware of this problem so you may take action and make the game a fairer place for all the real paying customers. Thank you. -Anonymous

I eagerly look forward to hearing from customer support. Although it does usually take quite a bit.... Not going to lie I can't imagine it's that hard to prove, but obviously I'm not behind the scenes and catching cheaters isn't probably the most important thing to you. But it really should be.

A couple of things:
1. There are privacy issues to contend with, so they will never acknowledge if the guy was cheating or not. Sucks, but it's pretty standard. From all big businesses you'll always get the standard "form" response saying they'll look into it and deal with it.
2. As far as Kabam saying there is no way to get Gems on any of these websites that advertise them much cheaper, that's simply not true. They will never admit that you can, because they would lose thousands of dollars worth of income to those sites (because who in their right mind would pay twice the price for the same amount of gems). There are multiple people in my alliance that buy them on a very regular basis. They go from starter level cities to fully loaded L10 cities in days because of gems. They attack dozens of times per day, all instant attacks. They pass around emails in our alliance telling you that you need to buy gems and go to website XXXX to do it. They talk about it openly and freely. Now as much as I like my Alliance, I personally wish they'd ban ALL of the players that get gems this way. I think that having gems gives you a huge and almost unfair advantage over others, but when you can get them from illegitimate sources....that just sucks. (And before you say it, I would have no issues with Kabam checking my account. I bought gems one time and it was completely legit. I will never buy again because they're just too dang high).

It's funny today I went on a mission to find out how everyone got their gems, almost all got from illegitimate sources. Everyone is doing it. C'mon kabam pull yourself together, I won't say the site cause I don't want to invite more people to do this, but let me make it absolutely clear that it is possible, my friend in real life just got himself 17,000 gems for £265. Now stop lying to us and offer a real solution. Unless its you who are running those sites, then I'm not sure what to say.

I have heard about that too but I'm too afraid to buy from those sites so I think I'll probably just quit, I mean my alliance is getting gems for 30% the cost I get them for and I just can't afford it. Kabam u have a great game but you should shut down these sites and ban the people who use em cause they aren't your paying customers.

Still no response from Customer Support other than "buying gems on other sites doesn't work" my in real life friend bought some and guess what Kabam... It worked? I might as well say it because you have lost the respect of myself, it was from goldcoinsilver, and was 399.00 for 15,000 gems. Now I havent the money to spend on gems like that, but now my friend and many others like DragonMFCoxZ are so far ahead it's impossible to compete! Now as a player that has spent 50 dollars on this game, you guys at Kabam are making me wish I didn't purchase through the iTunes store, and I assure you, if this issue is not resolved I doubt I'll play again but if I do I will not be using the iTunes store and will just buy a prepaid credit card from 7/11 and buy gems that way so they can't get my bank details. I am so disappointed in customer support.
