Thank you all for voicing your concerns regarding the recent lack of Kindle updates during server mergers. Please know that Kindle users will receive an update in the near future. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific date that we can provide you at this time, but we want to assure you that you have not been forgotten.
In the mean time, we have a temporary solution to help you merge your account until you have access to this feature.
For now, you can merge your account by accessing it through a non-Kindle device. This will let you access the world merge feature and select your city to be merged, which you can then play as normal on your Kindle device.
I have an account on my Kindle Fire HDX. I do not have a non kindle device to transfer his account onto. So I cannot take part in world merges with this account. This means that through no fault of my own I will lose out in the Halloween competition, gem incentives and in further competions as well as being left in an empty world. What do you intend to do about this.
I have today mailed Amazon looking for clarification on this.
I've also asked Amazon what their position is regarding Kabam instructing Kindle customers to remove their Kabam account from Kindle, and place it onto the device of a direct competitor. This to me seems a little odd.
I'd be grateful if you could update Kindle customers A.S.A.P as my Kindle accounts world is due to merge in the next 16 hours. Cheers
