Dear Kabam,
Thank you for updating the terms and conditions for playing this game. It seems that these are to protect your company and allow you continue to defraud players with poorly worded prizes resulting in deceiving conduct by your company. I would be happy to accept ur terms to play this game but would u agree to the terms of the players playing this game?
We are sick of ur deceiving conduct "win a billion troops" it doesn't happen. If it does the odds are so ridiculous it's not funny. You introduced hammers now that are completely worthless. You run a Merlin competition advertising the top 50 prizes but I don't think a bronze hammer is a top 50 prize that u can offer.
You continually create errors with failed payouts or competitions that payout an unfair advantage to players. E.g. Trophy prizes in last season and leprechaun incident. Let's not forget the tourneys that were advertised as might tourneys but actually troop kill tourneys.
Your customer service staff offer no sympathy or support to players with issues. Your bugs in the game make it impossible for them to assist players and ur compensation when an issue has occurred is woeful.
Reasons like this cause players to request for refunds via itunes. Listen to your players and people may come back. I'm sure there are plenty people that can add to this. So instead of demanding players to do things why not create a product that is fair for all and not just the bonuses ur execs get.
If u continue going down the path ur on I am sure that I for one will be quitting and I can see lots more following the flock that have already left.
