I would like to thank Kabam technical support for their efficiency. I had by mistake used my DI on an upgrade I didn't want then cancelled the upgrade and lost it. I contacted tech support and within 10 hours I had received an email from James saying he had refunded my DI - I was super surprised and impressed by the way he dealt with my matter.

Keep up the great work guys! You just made my experience with KoC even better. Thank you again!!
