MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

        Hello,

We received it from Kabam in in-game mailbox to explain they are investigating on some strange behaviors from some (few) players. No more, no less. It's for Kabam a top priority. I will not comment further.

        Regards,

I honestly don't think ppl are lying but rather trying to get some kind of compensation after support fails to do their job.

                Hello (again)

It seems you local database is corrupted as it happens to a lot of people. For sure you do not store your sent mails too...

If exact, I published (In french, but you can translate via http://translate.google.com) an article on Fondation's web site to get back the full usage of your in-game mailbox.
I'm not sure Kabam appreciate this solution as you have to put your fingers in the game, but it is easy to do that.

                Regards,
                18+

If only they responded to the free gem issue they caused in a timely and decisive manner maybe they could have saved this game and their reputation. If it affects us players they do not care, but when it affects them and their greedy little accountants it is suddenly a big enough deal to send a terribly worded mail out to everyone (those who actually get mail mine shows up months after sent) way to keep winning over customer Kabam. You messed up and people benefited from it. you did little or nothing about it, and whatever you did you didn't communicate it to any of us. Then people felt cheated and wanted their money back. Apple and Google apparently agreed since they are also their customers (I think they are more important to Apple and Google than you think) and as soon as you discover this you decided to send a hasty email with threats to your customers?

Why only this issue did you choose to communicate with us? Why not an email regarding the entire imbalance of the game caused by your error? I will tell you my theory; Kabam only cares about money. If it isn't directly affecting their money they won't do anything about it. Unfortunately Kabam is very short sighted and did not realize that customers happiness is directly related to profits. Your customers are very unhappy (maybe you should pop into your own games and listen to the discussions or even respond on these forums) You are losing customers hand over fist and many of them are asking for their money back because of your incompetence (can you blame them?) Had you addressed the situation and corrected the imbalance (yes it is a huge imbalance) and stopped to listen and make changes to the game that benefit the customer maybe your greed and shortsightedness wouldn't have killed what use to be a lot of fun.

I wish you nothing but the best of luck in trying to find a way to win back your customers heart and money. Growing pains are difficult but you will one day realize the customer is king and when you treat them as such they will reward you with loyalty...

and Kabam, this one really applies to you...

They are trying to use the business model for pr from netflix but it won't work especially with them going for an IPO and I think that is why they are really miffed.

No, I am not confused. Refund fraud would be the customer telling Apple they never made those charges. My understanding is people have informed Apple and Google of the programing error which gave many players a highly unfair advantage over paying customers (some of those people never bought a gem in their life) Apple and Google investigated these allegations and determined customers are entitled to some of their money back. I see no fraud here, just Kabam worried about their profits. They made no in game email to address their errors, but be sure enough when they start losing actual money they resort to Putin like tactics and threaten the customer (never seen that tactic applied in any successful business model I have studied). The issue remains that Kabam has basically killed KOC with constant blunders and players are leaving everyday. It is only a short matter of time before this game is all but dead. I am sure Kabam is just going to forget about it like they have many other games and focus on a newer game to generate the dollars they lost.
