Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

Destroying production buildings for more population?

    Destroying production buildings for more population?

    Is it wise to destroy most of my production buildings so I can build more troops at once?
    This will increase my idle population on the long term right?

    Im just not sure

    My farms are good enough to not need any other resource production except food in my food city, and Ill keep 1 lvl 9 buildings of each.

    Skyce - destroy all of your res producing buildings there's no need for them in any city. You will, as you mention, get a increase in idle population that you can use for the far more important purpose of troop production.

    Just get your res from inactives.

      Ya get rid of them there is thousands of inactive to farm for Rez more population is really helpful especially for new and less active players

          There ya go. And that's the biggest problem in the game. Resources are way way to easy to obtain and have become a joke. Either your alliance has a billion or more resources under a bubble bank, and there is no need to farm, or the insane amount of inactives on the server means that you can obtain whatever resources you need in about 15 minutes to completely que up your 4 cities and probably wall ques too if you want!

          It's ridiculous. So yeah, there is no need for resource fields of your own. Then once you elevate your cottages, and elevate your barracks, you can add more cottages for even more population and not lose any build time. Then with 225-250 knights....you get the idea. I have troops ques set for days.

          But - with troop chests....who cares about any of this.....just buy, click open troops...........

          Come on Kabam...do something to make this game fun again.

            I really wish baratheon you would stop coming into this forum to do nothing but constantly bitch instead of just playing the game and adapting. Every single post you type is the same rubbish, it gets rather old. I love this game , I see you do also but you keep kicking the same dead horse every post. The last thing (if you haven't already noticed by now) is Kabam doesn't react to negativity.

            I've been playing for months with no res plots. This game is about attacking, I farm inactives all the time. I run 8 elevated *6cotts in all 4 cities and literally dont speed train in build comps. Build your cities to fit your lifestyle. I have 8 cotts per city cause it works great for me at work. I had my cities setup to build everything from t1 to t4 until this last update, thanks kabam.

            Scout top ten players, look at there city builds. See if there is a pattern, which there will be, and ask the guy . Most people love to talk about their builds, god knows I do, im damn proud of it and elevating is a true sickness of mine.

              Well - I guess you are right, Kabam doesn't react to negativity...but what they will need to react to is loss of profit from dead servers. I haven't bought a single gem in three weeks. Don't plan to buy anymore either. The game isn't fun anymore to play. Why chase gems and might on dead servers?

              You say the game is about attacking? Who is there to attack? There might be 9 open players on my server! LOL! And they are the same 9 gemmers....

              My bad for trying to give my opinion to Kabam about how to save the game. If you'd read these posts on this forum, 95% of them are people complaining about the game. Kabam isn't doing much right these days with the game.

              Yeah - my 4 cities are elevated too - but won't be elevated anymore since I'm done spending with this game. I've moved to Dark Ages 2. That's how I've adapted. Been telling Kabam on here for 9 months that the game is going to die and what they need to do to fix it. The didn't respond as you say. Well - I'm responding with my credit card...by not using it.

              I mean the entire thing I've been posting about is that these servers cannot survive with just gemmers. You are obviously a gemmer if all your cities are elevated and blah blah. But - these servers need all kinds of people to play. Yes Kabam needs to make a profit, but at least give the average player a chance. 8 billion might is ridiculous. Resources are a joke. What's the point in playing?

                Very good point SONvS. Game is about attacking and city set up. I am working on resetting up some of my cities. I love hearing about ppls city set ups. Glad I play on pel52. Awesome bunch of people there.

                  Yes I am a gemmer, nothing wrong in that. To compete in anything you love to do you have to spend money, simple as that. Do I think kabam needs to listen to their players, yes I do and actually they have with the knight gear upgrades. Fury and skin are getting few and fewer each day and the big might gemmers are finding outnthey have to actually work by hitting wilds to improve their knights...not just click a buy button.

                  Stuffin, you are always welcome to scout my cities as with anyone in pell 52. If youve noticed I place pretty good in all build comps. Truthfully anymore I don't buy troops. Hell last week alone I recieved 80 mil in troops from kabam just by competing in everything. They all be dead now though, lol.

                    I might scout one soon urs. I have a hard time keeping up with ques. If I push i can. I have not gemmed since new years. just using what troops I got from chests. I use them wisely and not add them all at once for one comp.

                      Yea good choice that iswat I do. Im really starting to hate being on 1st page of lifetime tks though. At one time I was happywith 20 mil tks a week. Im pushing 60 mill this week and half I dont know where the hell they come from, lol. Tks are getting insane with this armor, ask gooner, lol

                        I am figuring the armor out still. I am just to lazy to hit wilds to upgrade it lol. I have a knight with upgraded shadow gear. just working on forging it.

                          talk to contrivit from TAO stuffin. hes got heavily forged shadow/crusade/lionheart set that will take on most lionheart full sets. he is the gear guy, im the build guy it seems in TAO,lol.
