Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

SET RULES

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    wondrous crystals

    In M13 we can not Survey for them, only way for us to get wondrous crystals is by buying 10 for 50 gems. What's the point in "playing the game" if you can't "play the game" you earn what you need? I'm sitting on 19 DE which I can not use. I have 5 buildings at level 19 but can not progress further which spending. At the current rate, I would need to spend 6,250 gems just to level the 5 buildings 1 level in order to use some of my DE I have sitting around. Why is it we can Survey wilds for other crystals but not wondrous crystals? I've wrote numerous emails to kabam, but no answer. I've actually have a open ticket for going on 49 days. Still nothing back from kabam agent. All other mails tell me to write back to my open ticket. Ridiculous kabam. Anyone else having this problem in other worlds?

    The situation is the same in Kay21. We have not been able to exchange sapphires for Wondrous crystals since last Fall. I hope more people will read this and respond; it seems to be the only way to make any reel change around here. Opening a ticket doesn't get you the same results that it once did. Instead, complaining on the forums has become the new norm.

    Kabam, we need the ability to exchange sapphires for Wondrous crystals in the Round Tower. Stop forcing us to spend money instead...bad form!!!

      The inability to get wondrous crystals has been complained about on here since last fall. No explanation has ever been given as to why sapphires can no longer be exchanged, but here's a clue...... Kabam dished out shed loads of Divine Elevations last fall (and since)via Merlins madness and Tourneys, the only way to use them is to have a fully elevated building for which you need 312 wondrous crystals (2,10,50,250). What a great way to make players spend gems. Kabam know there are thousands of players still daft enough to spend money buying crystal chests and that's what they exploit. Do yourself a favour and don't let Kabam mug you.

        In another thread, Jesse said that she'd speak to the Dev team about restoring the ability to exchange sapphires for Wondrous Crystals in the Round Tower after the zodiac event ends. I hope s/he conveys that to the non-US team too. The non-US threads have fewer responses by Kabam employees, so it appears that they don't have someone like Jesse on that team. At least s/he responds often enough so we know someone from Kabam has seen our comments!

          If you still need 10 Sapphires to get 1 wondrous chest bringing it back is still pointless as far as the final "250" elevation goes. In 24 hours you can survey a maximum of 20 sapphires -that's 2 chests and usually that means 2 W/Crystals one in each chest............so in 125 days you can make the final elevation..........on one building...............where's my diary?

          It makes the 25 days needed to make the "50 elevation" seem easy!!!!

          Kabam read all the posts on the discussion boards. Jesse's responses are nothing more than a jolly along to try and keep people interested. she's achieved nothing meaningful (for the players) since last October, and judging by some of her latest posts I'd say even she's realised the writings on the wall. Her original confidence and enthusiasm has left the building. As have thousands of players.

                Still no news, no wanderous gems. Even if they have published troll adventure "game". Nothing done for this problem.
                Still no gem incrustation in equipements
                Still no alliance acceleration for trainings

                more and more players are living the game...

                Still no news about possible world fusions

                Still no modification about troops on the wall advantage

                Still bugs unfixed

                At least, the game's still running.

                  Wondrous Crystal Exchange in RT - but it's glitched

                  In Mordred32, the Wondrous Crystal exchange has returned to the Round Tower. Unfortunately, we can't claim a Wondrous treasure chest. So it's back (at the old 10 sapphires for one chest rate), but it's glitched and unusable. :-/

                    Hello!

                    I just wanted to let you all know that the wondrous crystal exchange is back in the round tower as of today. You will be able to find it in the event section. Happy exchanging!

                      Wondrous crystals are almost back, but glitched, at least in Mordred32 it is. Altho I have over 400 small flawed sapphires, the button is gray not blue and I'm unable to claim a chest. Other alliance members report the same situation. Please fix so we can redeem our sapphires for crystals!

                          Wondrous Crystals

                          I just wanted to give a BIG thanks to Kabam for listening. They have heard our voices and have made a change to the game FOR THE BETTER. I had a backlog of over 1000 Blue Sappires and now I can trade them in and continue elevating, without having to spend any gems. Thanks again!!!

                            All hail the generosity of Kabam, it's truly wondrous, I can now survey for Sapphires, exchange them for crystals and elevate my buildings for decades and decades and decades. Its all too much :-))))))))))))))

                              Thank you Kanoona, yes I am able to redeem my sapphires for Wondrous crystals now. I was sorry to see that the exchange rate hasn't improved. I redeemed enough sapphires for 45 chests and the most Wondrous Crystals I received in any chest was 10, which happened a couple of times. Most chests had 1 and a few had 3 or 5 crystals. By contrast, I received 100 Mystic Crystals in one chest and twice I received 50 Enchanted Crystals in the chests for those crystals. I know that Kabam's intent is to make the game easier for the heavy gemmers and I don't blame you for that, but you make things so difficult for the non- or casual-gemmer that the game ceases to be fun. The natural human reaction is to stop doing things that aren't fun. Since this game depends on having a large number of active players for everyone to have the maximum fun, I don't understand Kabam's strategy.
