I have spent over $1500 on this game and have earned my way up the ranks in the world of galahad24. Unfortunately, in life when you are more successful than others they will hate you. I have earned many enemies from defeating many alliances and as a last resort they have found ways to manipulate me, set me up and attempt to get me banned. Their efforts have been successful in that I have been banned for 4 days and I have wrote kabam several emails to ask why I am being banned and all they do is close my ticket. When I see people violating TOS worse than I ever done on a daily basis and not seeing any administrative action I am led to believe that KABAM takes sides. There is no other way of explaining this. Every single time that I write to complain about being harassed, having my personal information revealed or receiving racist emails all kabam does is send me a generic email and close the ticket. Even when I report people cheating kabam refuses to address my issues. PEOPLE USE GEM SITES AND CORDS SITES AND KABAM REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS AND DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I HAVE TOLD KABAM ABOUT THE PLAYERS WHO USE THESE SITES AND THEY DO NOTHING. I HAVE TOLD KABAM ABOUT SAM WONG WHO WAS A FORMER KABAM EMPLOYEE WHO ONE OF THE GEM WEBSITES IS LINKED BACK TO AND THEY STILL DO NOTHING. Why are we paying kabam just to be cheated? People are getting gems for free and are getting them at way cheaper prices plus all the bonus chests and it is an unfair advantage. The cords site allows people to look up anyones cords for $2 a month. How can small players and new players thrive? This has ruined the game! So why kabam do you have such horrible customer service skills and send crappy emails when people who like this game are trying to get your attention. WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO TO EARN A PROPER RESPONSE. I am still waiting for kabam to show me proof that I have violated their TOS for the last ban that I recieved. Meanwhile there are players like Smooth_criminal who brag about being banned in hobbits and getting the ban lifted and just come into the koc galahad24 world to talk about vile, disgusting, sexual things that violate TOS without any repercussions by kabam. Meanwhile, I am in an alliance by myself with only 2m might but kabam calls me a cyber bully. How is this even possible? WE SHOULD ALL BOYCOTT KABAM UNTIL THEY DECIDE TO BE FAIR AND IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STOP THE CHEATING.

While I fully understand
"your System"
identified
"strange results"
These results are a result of normal in play activities.
Therefore either "your"system is flawed in its detection or the "game is flawed" to throw up the errors
In this instance it is obviouslly the game throwing up error message when an attack is aborted before clicking on the map
as no attack took place and therefore nothing got killed..
However im sure you understand the "Limitations" to the system
As a genuine no cheating player I am flabbergasted at your "Threat" to ban me if "your system fails again"
I have been banned twice by no fault of my own because of bad game programming "00803928 "
and when the generals were introduced i attacked with just the general. "You banned me"
I note on both occassions "no apology" and an attitude that you have "done me a favour" by reinstating my account.
once again i do not appreciate the threat due to what can only be described as "your programmers incompetence"
do you care about you non cheating true players that are being affected by a bad banning sytem?
Do you intend to give me simre compensation for banning me? (i note you didnt answer my question to this last time).
While reminding me the sytem is in place to prevent hackers and cheaters from taking advantage of others in Edgeworld
Well its banning innocent players and getting you a bad name (dont hide behind it fix it)
As it seems you have encountered the same issue with this system more than once
Incorrect..
2 seperate issues both originating from Kabam poor system
general attacking and not showing in stats - Banned
end battle button without clicking on map - Banned
Both obviously cheating and my fault - Dont think so
Both the above issues reported many time by many people

Im afraid i dont understand the tone or the arogance of your email reply and hope its not the general thought process's of those at Kabam
One last point please make available to me the "have identified some strange results from your battles in Edgeworld "
How the hell can i be careful with my attack for heavens sake im just playing the game.
I am shaking my head in disbelief and wonder that someone could write such an email to geuine game player.
I await a more respectfull reply - Which i doubt i will get
