How do you go about making a complaint against kabam. Because they just ignore me when I go through support. I get no replies whatsoever. Is there a way of making a complaint.

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.
These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.
CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT
Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.
Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.
Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.
Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.
Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.
Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.
Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.
Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.
Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.
Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.
Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.
Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

I have even left phone call messages on there USA number but they still refused to answer me, I think this is going to be a boycock kabam soon, they are a joke, they are happy to take your money but refused to help with your account gets hacked

I have 3 issues right now waiting on response from Kabam. All have been over 15 days with no response back... I've had to resubmit 2 of them twice now because Kabam emails me saying " we are sorry we did not contact you in a timely matter. Please reissue the case" then its closed and 3 weeks later its the same crap... I'm sooo fed up with this. 1 business day to kabam must actualy be the only time they have anyone in the office per month. NEVER have I had a worse customer service experience in my entire life. If you go through with this let me know Glad to sign my name on the petition to make these jerks actually give a crap about their customers

I don't mean to contradict *your* complaint, but do want to add that I have contacted support perhaps two dozen times, and gotten responses within 48 hours everytime (and auto-replies "we got your message" within a few hours) everytime. In my cases they've done a rather good job resolving my issues: they've restored lost accounts, reimbursed gems and fixed or explained every problem in a mainly satisfactory manner. I wonder what would cause some folks to have such a radically different...unsatisfactory...experience?

As always Kabam screws the players that have put alot of time and money in the game. Not fixing the issues pointet out several times, and ignoring our requests, incidents, reports and post on forum.

lost account
ive had a few problems aswell i lost my account and emailed kabam a couple of times which they did reply but they didnt resolve the problem so i emailed them again and the customer services replyed and said as far as they are concerned the case was closed but i still havent received my account back not good

try customer service again, if not apple or google play store. I went through apple after v14, kabam either doesn't have the manpower or care about the product they offer. Maybe the should focus on these problems and get them solved instead of trying to sell ten different chests to get our money every two days

Lack of Response
I have beEn trying for over 2 weeks to get some response or resolution on a number of issues raised with Kabam. After an initial response in a timely manner, the service has degraded to non-existent. I have tried so many times & now firmly believe that Kabam simply are hiding from their responsibilities to me as a consumer. After much disgust I am ready to quit a game I enjoyed and have poured money into. It's the principle of expecting to get what you pay for, which certainly includes a response to matters when an enquiry is made.
I have to laugh at this forum to complain about Kabams service, given its within a server that is the domain of Kabam. It seems they do not care about the customer & have no intention of making an effort.

Kabam has no intention of responding to any matters. The threads in this forum area waste of time Kabam just doesn't post the issue they don't want made public. There is no bonafide mechanism to lodge a complaint, whe you do get through using the feedback section they will only make a half hearted response with no follow up!

This way your resources, gems, troops and so forth dont evaporate into thin air as well as your items that go missing in your items box.
And do NOT forget when you do eventually get a response from Kabam it down talks you as if you havent a clue on what your doing. They make you feel like you should go sit in the corner with a dunce hat on.
My son wanted to play this game I advised him not to. But he wanted to try it out. So he starts an account and that 7 day protection? Yeah thats a joke. He wasnt protected for 7 days. So he reported the bug to Kabam, gets a generic message telling him to force the app closed and so forth. He responded back, saying he did all that and gets a response of. "You cannot directly respond to this message, and right after that the wonderful email saying your ticket has been closed"!!!
So since his situation wasnt fixed AFTER following all the recommendations, he fills out yet another ticket, reporting the same problem and explained he followed all the steps from the previous message and it didnt fix it at all. Low and behold, he gets the same exact message he got the first time, and ticket closed. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Kabam tells us to report "the bugs and so forth" and doesnt do anything about it. As I stated above Ponzi Skeem.
Its unfortunate that those of us who have been here since the beginning of the game and have spent lots and lots of money
Are not treated respectfully by a company that doesnt give a rats *** and is only in it for more $$$$$$$ and their ridiculous Chests that say win a "chance at a 215" but dosnt give you the odds of winning. I know in California that is illegal and also in Illinois. So the rest of you find out what the rules are for your State and do something about it. I know I am. And again take a screen shot of any threads you post in because Kabam will come along and delete your messages since they DO NOT want you knowing the TRUTH. Which really is a shame!!!!!

Lack of willingness to support
Kabam do not believe the customer/consumer deserves the common signs of respect; communication, assistance, empathy.
Don't get me wrong i hate being a complainant, but not half as much as i hate being ripped off.........
I am tired for begging for support, getting a automated response that says Kabam will get back to you in the next business day....if that were to happen I would not be writing this I assure you!
I have 6 outstanding issues & a little research shows there are many others being maltreated in the same way. Given the App is based on an Apple platform the only option is to lodge a complaint with Apple.
The irony is the game is a great concept & all a decent support service needs to do is acknowledge the difficulty in remedying the issue & ask for patience. Its amazing how people respond to respectful service.
But this seemingly is not how things are done at Kabam.....
