How is this supposed to make the game more fun? I can understand kabam wanting to make more money since some of us will make new knights. But the boundary of money vs player experience is clearly being crossed here.

I suggest kabam fix glitches first, add t4 to training, add 4th city, then start adding new knights.

How does a 1.5% difference from a 215 to a 212 really matter to the game? This is becoming a very disappointing game.

      215 knight

are we assuming that there willl be a glitch at 214 and maybe get more lvl like we did from 199 to 212? or is this just a glitch fix?cuz if it is the fact of the matter to fix a glitch and people are crying about kabam making money, remember haveing a 212 knight is like night and day of winning and losing battles....sounds alot like everyone gettting oppertunity to spend the money and not have to sufffer repercussions of the 199-212 glitch....everyone is going to be fair now, they will get there bang for their buck now!

I very much hope that I will be able to level up my already created 212s, Kabam. As I already have 9 or so... If we are going to be forced to re-level up another knight, then my 212s were done under false pretense. I understand wanting to make money, but that would be wrong.

If I have to level up a new knight, I quit and .... Lets just say for now I would quit.

212's going to be able to upgrade?

I already spent a lot on gems to get my knights up to 212 so kabam, are these going to be upgradeable or have you just shafted us all out of more gems?

            215 knight and Arthur sale

Since these are running during same timeframe will both be included in gem spent total. Ie. i bought at least five Train by Arthurs which should give me at least five arthur chests, but also spent 500 combined gems. Wouldnt i also be eligible for the two chests giving me a chance for a 215 knight??

The Train with Arthur Sale has concluded at 3PM PST and then there is another Spend and Get Event that started at 3PM PST, which is the Win a Level 215 Knight Promo you may be referring to. Your Gems spent from the previous Train with Arthur Sale will not count towards the Gems spent for the Win a Level 215 Knight event that occurred right after.

                  Hi Jennifer,

With so many promotions, events, and contests - it gets exciting to particpate in them all, but it also gets confusing.

Where can I find the odds of winnings disclosure which are usually associated with contests, sweepstakes, and promotions? I want to read up on the "EARLY ACCESS: Win level 215 Knights for your Entire City!" promotion. It says check message for details! but I cannot find a message for this sale/event/promotion for example.

In all the promotions I have read where I can win an either/or prize (a highly valued prize, or a rather humble prize) if I just buy a chest or spend enough gems or such, I often wonder if Kabam is leaving out the odds and chances of winning information by design to further confuse. And as such is Kabam following the expected business commerce laws regarding such promotions, events or sweepstakes.

Laws pertaining to business sometimes seem rediculous, but they were established to protect consumers from less than honest and questionable business practices. I'm not saying Kabam company is unethical. It just seems odd that the disclosure for the chances of winning a particular prize are not made upfront.

Kabam is located in California. Here is some further reading from the California Dept of Consumer Affairs regarding: Rules For Operation of Contests and Sweepstakes.

                  Still a fan,
                  DZ

Assuming that a 212 costed around $60 dollars I am guessing your chances of getting a 215 will be around $70-$150 depending on luck.

Also I am assuming that you can make any knight 215 whether it is your 212 or the level 1 you never use. It looks like them have streamlined the high knight process.

215 Knight - After the limited time offer?

Is there more detail on what is happening after the 215 Knight "Spend Gems" offer is over?

Will there be a "Upgrade your Knight to 215" purchasable item in the Store, and if so, how much? I'd just like to know if buying a few chests to get the upgrade is worth it. Also, how can I upgrade the knights in my 2nd and 3rd cities to 215, since currently it caps at 212?

Or will the new level limit be 215 and the bug that lets people go past on an Arthur be fixed?

                        Come on Kabam

Please answer the questions raised, you are making an incredible amount of money from us, at the very least you need to explain what is going to happen after the 'Early Access' finishes, how are we to make a decision on what we spend gems on if we dont know whether we can increase the lvl of our existing 212 knights, I for one will be leaving the game if you make us start from scratch!!

Stop money grabbing and start treating your 'Customers' as customers!!

                          215 Knight

When will we be able to buy a 215 knight as my luck is very bad on this game, if i spend 250 gems i wont get the 215 knight because my luck is bad. the gem prices are terrible for this game, £6 for a train with arthur and you need about 6-8 of those for a 212 knight so it comes to about £60 each 212 knight and you need at least one in each city and most people get 2 in each city so thats 6 212 knights x £60 which is £360, i know you probably wont care about this as your getting loads of money in very quickly but care for your customers for once, youve already got loads of money, make it 50 gems for a train with arthur and you'll still get quite alot of money. hope kabam understands this because i see people raging over this all time!

                            Re 215 knight

It seems to be the over all question in this matter you will kill the game for many players on this new knight for those of us who have worked hard to attain the knights already spent gems on , this new upgrade should be for those who only have 212s in there current position otherwise I see this game going under real quick, greed will always kill a business , those who have been playing for a year now would quit due to lack of trust and fairness integrity of game men ship allowing someone to skip the due process is cheating everyone of there time playing this game , all games have a set rule to attain by making them up on the run is not fair to all who play I personally will quit Everyone is upset with this new knight promo and most if not all will quit and than your stuck with kids playing it and not buying anything from u

Thanks for your questions regarding 215 Knights. I understand that there currently isn't much information regarding the process of how to obtain a level 215 Knight at this time. Currently, there is one promo in which you can obtain a chance to win the Level 215 Knight for each 250 Gems spent in the game. This is a special offer because you will have a chance to receive a 215 Knight Upgrade for each Knight in your first city.

There will be a few more opportunities for a chance to win a 215 Knight coming up in the near future. Keep your eyes peeled for more information and opportunities coming soon in your inbox on how to win/obtain a 215 Knight.

PS- Currently, the only way to obtain 215 Knight is through winning one of our promos. You will not be able to upgrade your 212 Knight to level 215 on your own just yet. 212 is the highest level you will be able to upgrade your Knight using the method provided on the Wikia.
