- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators

  • Player Moderators And Geae

They say they are real players who have played for 4 years.... If these kids have played for 4 years and still have no clue on how the game runs and needs to be improved then they clearly are not the players we want representing our voices.

The game is getting worse not better since the moderators have been in place. There is no substance just smoke and mirrors to make it look like they are helping when they are not.

You want to make this game big again start listening to real players not a couple of kids with there heads stuck your butt and no idea on what the game actually needs to be saved.

Or perhaps you could gather 1 representative from each world to discuss changes for the actual players and fixes that we have been screaming for. Put them all in a line group with gea themselves not a representative with no clue what we are talking about.

The People Are Speaking...Are You Listening?

Heres an idea. Why not just have merlin madness and the wheel on at all times? Change the prizes out daily. Then you can cycle the prizes around. If new players need knight items, charms, or hero medals they wait for that cycle to come around. Adjust the wheel tokens and merlin tokens cost to what prizes are in each. There needs to be a balance in the game. The people who are spending money on this game need to feel like they won what they paid money for. Not just have a chance. While there may be a handful of people that want to go the "train your troops and stop relying on winning them". That stage of the game has passed years ago. We need troops. We need them to fight. We need them for grail wars. We need them to win the not so fabulous prizes that are available. The above idea caters to the new people and the veteran's who keep making sure you people get a paycheck.

Another area that needs attention to is the campaign. And this needs to happen immediately. The drop rates are horrible. Again whats the point of going to campaign to have the dreaded no prize screen pop up? A prize should drop everytime even if its a crappy prize. Make the players feel like they are getting some sort of value. I mean really, what does this cost you?

Last idea is this. People think the "new players" are the future of this game. Thats comical at best. But lets cater to them a little more. Create a start-up chest. In that chest contains: a 220 knight, a full set of season 5 or 6 gear, enough master hammers and dust it takes to fully upgrade them to level 13, and 10 level 9 jewels. This can create a knight strong enough to compete in comps and utilize campaign to "catch up" with everyone else much quicker. This may be a stupid idea but its an idea non-the-less.

I will give credit where credit is due. The calendar was a nice improvement. Thats about all i have in that bag.

Dont come at me with give them time they changed the calendar so at least it's something. That does not cut it. Im sorry....times up. Change has to happen and it takes a few clicks of a mouse and typing in what u want prizes to be and hit continue. Stop acting like this is rocket science. Its a phone app.

    Rant over!

      Hello Ju5,

We sympathize with your feelings. The game has been going over a very bumpy road, that none of us players enjoys. Some players leave, some pull together and try to give a hand, others get too frustrated to overcome the feelings and perhaps find a release in offensive verbiage directed at others. It's understood, but please offer a little more thought to which of those approaches make things better; if you can.

To your suggestion of 1 representative per world: There are a lot of worlds still running. Some more active than others. Forming a group with just 1 representative from each would create a small community which would be unable to effectively work on anything. That doesn't mean that the needs of some worlds are ignored. The moderators are diverse in both playing style and home worlds, and players from various corners of Camelot are tapped for further input. However, against all that there is a limit to what the developers are able or allowed to offer. Please do not forget that Gaea may still be finding their way to the game, that they acquired a whole bag of them, and that a transition of intellectual property isn't something that just happens. Indeed, we may still have a whole lot of bumps ahead of us all.

If you have specific ideas or issues, please keep posting them on the forums as well as your LINE chats. There is only so much pull the moderators can have, and sometimes volume overcomes form or quality.

Lastly, please refrain from personal insults. It's against the forum rules and it serves little purpose.

So a team of 3 player moderators best suits the needs of the community then a representative for each world? Great theory. The the idea of player representatives has worked extremely well in hobbit and would work here to given the chance. Unfortunately while you moderators and Gea are working hand in hand in refusing to actually listen to what is being said nothing will change for the better here.

Prime example of this is this latest "Marshall fix". Players asked for a toggle button to lock your Marshall so it could not be knocked. Moderators and gea decide they would go there own way and put more weight into the life buff of knight and most appropriate knight will take over watch the knight knocking glitches intensify now.

As a result of this mails will go to gea asking for explanation and troops back. The mail returned to the player will say there was no problem the game functionality is working perfectly etc. Thanks for understanding any more concerns feel free to contact us.

As a result of the continual blow offs from lack of real customer service that player will leave game in definately.

As a result of that player leaving the remaining players around them start questioning why they still play when there are far better alternatives out there and inevitably slow down there game play time while searching for better games.

The continual downward spiral is never ending under the current system. They have had 6months to find there feet and they have continually implemented poor changes and glitchy results.

You want results and to save the game then listen to the players I mean actually listen no more blow off lines from you moderators or Gaea.

With regards to what player I am and need to overcome my "feelings" that is comical you clearly don't know who I am lmao

You do realize they are FORUM moderators and not the development team don't you? Forum...Moderators. It is a plus that they are able to (we hope) whisper into Gaea's ears regarding all things needing improvements but at the end of the day, these specially chosen , seasoned players are forum moderators. That was 3 times. You're welcome.

Chosen to represent the players by Gea so if they do not listen and pass on the correct information things like this latest Marshall fix happens.

Besides I'm talking to Gea and the moderators here not just 1 both but happy to see out of everything that was said you don't listen to the actual message either and chose to stick up for the moderators instead of elaborate more on what needs to fixed and changed to make a real difference to the game great work!!

So, you know now if they are listening or not? What makes you think they haven't passed on correct information? Can you not lead a horse to water but not make him drink? Hmmm

Lol if they were listening they wouldn't be doing the complete opposite to what is being said to them. Player moderators clean up forums etc yes? They spent 5 days making our GemStrike letter to Geae disappear off forums.... Interesting yes? PlayersUnited is strong the more we are blown off the stronger we get and kids like you Demon who don't understand the complexity of what is actually happening as opposed to the smoke and mirrors you choose to accept make us even stronger as again you choose to focus on the wrong information as oppose to the right information. Love your work Demon gea will reward your loyalty with a lvl3 master Hammer

Again, how are they doing "the complete opposite of what is being said to them" ? How do you know this? You make an incredible amount of assumption on these "kids" when you open your initial thread. They are not software devs or GM's. This is my point. Have you considered that they are listening to your complaints and relaying the info and then the buck stops? They can only do so much as .... Forum mods... 4th time. Yes there are issues , yes it needs to be fixed. If you spent more time focusing your energy into structured, clear and concise forum posts instead of copying and pasting and spamming a slapped together rant on a handful of players not gemming....we may have a chance to convince Gaea that real change is needed.

Lmao handful of players you do realise there is over 500 just from my world the there are 6 other worlds players that are jumping on board in 2days time so the fact you are so simple to think it is a handful of players amuses me greatly again Great work little fella on proving how disconnected you truly are with what is happening

Keep it polite and respectful please

Gaea Mobile Forum Guidelines & Rules include:
Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums or your in game chat.
                      - Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums, game chat or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don't make it personal.

We are all players here who want the best for the game. We may have different ideas about what "best" looks like, or about how to try to get there. But there is no reason for being disrespectful to each other in the process. Please be respectful or take your insults elsewhere.

                      Thank you.

Respect is a two way thing ...

Players get mad because nothing they say seems to be taken any notice of. Simple fixes and communication are not unreasonable requests
