The leader boards are no longer updating nightly as they are supposed to do. They will skip a day or two and when they finally do update, they only include the past 24 hours, not all the kills made since the last update. We have one player missing 20b in tks from last Friday's lost tks, another missing 8b tks, and many of us missing more than a billion from that one day. So far this week, kills updated Monday night, but not Tuesday or Wednesday nights. So 2 days of killing this week already lost.
When people submit a ticket to Kabam, they get responses saying that everything is working perfectly. They refuse to explain how it can be working perfectly if an event leaderboard from Friday shows the person got ten times as many tks in that one event as they are credited for the entire week.
It seems to skip many Friday's, which is especially ridiculous since that's the day of the alliance Tk comp when a lot of kills are made.
This is happening across worlds. It is happening with the might gain leaderboards as well. The might put into the alliance ToM on Tuesday is not reflected. But most people don't really care about their placement on the MG board. The top players *do* care about their placement on the Tk boards though. And many are getting fed up by losing billions in tks over the past few weeks.
There are players who are talking about quitting or at least taking a break until it is fixed.
Our worlds are already really slow. We can't afford to lose people to something like this. It should not be hard to get your system to properly count kills. The Tk and might gain boards have been routine functions since the game started.
FIX THIS NOW PLEASE:
* Track down the problem that is preventing the boards from updating;
* Go back and add the kills for which people haven't gotten credit;
* Tell your support department to stop telling people that there is no problem, because that just makes Kabam look like you're lying or stupid, and makes people even more frustrated,
This needs to be sorted ASAP, before even more kills are lost, and even more players leave the game.
