We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.


These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.


Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.


This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    i know i get frustrated on these forums and they are the people who have to dealk with it somany others also frent frustration with the game here. Its clear in the last 24 hrs forum support have had to work there butts of making up for game devs mistakes.....lets no talk about kabam support (via email )and the 2 day response times. these people on the forums work hard to solve problems.

    Thank you, Yoda. I assure you all my colleagues are working hard in order to help everyone. Sometimes customer support tickets are answered with a delay due to the large volume of incoming tickets, but I assure you the game team is handling those on a chronological order.

      hey danna mery christmas ,u are good though but u never helped me before i had a bunch of issues and i never got what i really jewels disappearing ..gears disappearing etc
      plus i never got the uw shield from my 4 uw chests all what i got was helmets and I'm the first one from my world i opened 5 tickets and wrote u in the forums but u never heard me ...5 players from 118 finished in top 200 and got the shield and pants and i was the first one and I didn't and because of all not respect i got refunds for all my money i wasted in uw so u always make mistakes

        I would of course love to help you as well. If you can give me the necessary information regarding jewels and gear, I can definitely have a look into it.
        As for the gear you got from the armoury chest, I am sorry to hear you weren't very lucky but unfortunately the chest does have equal chances to get any of the pieces and thus there is nothing I can do about that .
        Give me more details on the items you are missing and I will check for you.

          thank you for the quick reply but i would like to tell there is no an equal chance as you said cause how to get 3 helmets in a row if you talking about equal chance?the hardcore worlds was worth it when u gave the gem place full set but now that's pretty bad idea to waste gems and time for that...I'm honestly not gonna play any uw cuz if i get the bad pieces again I will absolutely quit the game...i have a question why you don't give all the players in top 100 the worthless pieces the shield and pants?guess no one gonna suppose that cuz a lot respect our efforts so listen to us once...and about the disappearing gears no need to give me back cuz I already have several pieces of them..and about the disappearing jewels yeah 8 lvl 9 sapphires and 9 lvl 9 rubies gone and all what u gave me was 1 ruby and 2 sapphire that's all

            Wrong. Dana you do better job here then mailed in support.

            Mailed in support dont even read messages they just close tickets with nothing solved.

            If u get a similar issue within a week they claim duplicate even if u supply different report numbers they dont look they dont care they are useless have no idea of the game

            You here in forums do so much more then they do and have more game knowledge

                seriously butcher .... do you mind taking this to private message. the idea of the thread was to thank them for there hard efforts and showing that we understand the heavy workloads they have to deal with around christmas ..... Are so dim witted that you couldnt understand that.You start your post with merry christmas ... andthen go on to complain .... not right bro. If you have a issue give them time they are human , they have families let them be happy for the short holiday . without these people the game wouldnt even function

                  We respect your post so you can respect his. I havent seen any of there employees taking a break from figuring out ways to further turn the screws on the players any way possible here at Christmas or any time during the year. I understand his frustration!

                    If they would stop screwing up daily and actually offer helpfull support instead of canned answer like " i'll pass that on to the dev team" or "start a support ticket" knowing nothing will happen. Then maybe there would'nt be such frustration out there for people to take a thread like this and be hostile in it! Choose to take people's hard earned money and slap em in the face with poor excuses this is what happens. Unfortunate I know, but life is what it is

                      okay so lets you are a vegan and you got to a restaurant you ask the waiter do you cater for vegans. he then says i will ask the chef . he returns saying the chef says no , there is nothing he can do about it he doesnt have the power to change the menu, but what he can do is recommend you a few things.... he can reccomend that you write a letter to the owners as they have the power to change it , he can recommend that you comeback another night to see if the issue is resolved. as a token of apology the waiter gives yo a free drink. now the waiter is the forum staff.... they dont have direct power as they have superiors but they can make recommendations for like opening a ticket. the owners are the dev team and kabam support they dont own the game but they have direct control over what happens and what changes can be made so they are the best people to complain to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                        You asked and were told BEFORE you spent your money at this hypothetical restaurant NO, biggest difference. So you can now make an educated decision on your preference to stay or leave BEFORE spending and investing. Here you put years of loyalty and money to have the rules change AFTER your invested and cant back out, totally different. Secondly this hypothetical waiter didnt tell you yes and then clock out and go home with no recourse after you found out this wasnt the case sitting at the table confused. Or possibly from this waiter your answer is to speak with the manager on duty ( ticket support) which the waiter KNOWS from past experience will chastise at best you but still refwrs you to them anyhow. Or possibly this manager tells you its not happening or it did happen and your compensation is worth a 3rd of what you put into it. Or possibly you just get the same autoreply the whole restaurant received. All the while all the other customets are complaining of the same thing while the restaurant continues to act like it's not happening! Here our waiter stands to the side acting like they dont see any of this happening when in reality there is no way they can't not know what is going on! Sticking your head in the sand doesnt make you any less responsible at the end of the day! Although I respect your opinion, it's not the same thing, we all have a decision in this. Before you say it, I would make the decision to stop playing if Kabam would give me all the money I have invested back. Because had I known 3 years ago that l8r they would make the game almost unplayable and riddled with glitches and missleading information I would have never invested in them from the start. Merry Christmas to ya Yoda, it's not you I have a problem with
