Dear kabam - I appreciate all your efforts to try and make this a great game but I think you have fallen into a pit of snakes in regards to over complicating certain elements and not investing time and effort where needed. Kabam can you please read and comment.....
1. GEAR. It use to be simple - get the best gear and assign to your knight and away you go. Now you need either a science degree or endless tests and trials yourself to come up with the ideal setup. For goodness sake - please make it simple again. Use a logic that the average man/woman hasn't got the time to work it out..... And importantly when you release new gear - make it better. 2 weeks playing 'underworld' for gear that transpires is worse than what we had before. Even an explanation would help but I am NOT convinced you understand the science yourself. If you do understand it - share it please.
2. EXPLORING. I personally like it, but as players progress can you at least allow the awards to upgrade in line with the players progress. For example - What is the point of lvl 1 banners when all your heroes are past lvl 100. i am sure you can introduce an intuitive system ... i spend a lot of the time I have on the game doing my 'koc chores' ... Please make my time worthwhile.
3. JEWELS. Yes we can explore for them but we can only upgrade to a certain lvl. Can you allow the crafting to go past 'medium smooth' please. This will atleast give players that cannot gem an opportunity to upgrade.
4. GAME GRAPHICS. You have made great improvements to game play but some of the inventory graphics are repeats and some of the gear seem to be out of scale to the knight. Can we see reworked graphics? especially in regards to the gear; It would be nice to see a female knight as a female knight once she has her gear on.
5. INVENTORY SELL. You introduced the 'sell' function in inventory but it isn't exactly 'fair trade'. Could you please look at this with the potential to swap for other items rather than a measly amount of gold - to be honest I personally think gems would be the best solution, or trade an amount of lower level award for a single higher level award (banners would be a good example).
I have listed 5 topics - there are more but I will wait to see if I get a response with these before I dribble on much more.
