There are two images above which are simply a post/instruction by Kabam on forums and the current abilities of one certain Hero. The problem is, given time and money isn't quantifiable to attain your own post, why offer something you never intended to allow? I've submitted my trouble ticket - the response was the dev team is looking into it. In the past, "flip-flopping" offers was easier to bear given the magnitude wasn't so, well, large. For example, please indulge yourself with example 1. This hero, Owain, has every ability maxed save one. Example 1, however, doesn't reflect example 2 in that Loyal Defender and The Adventurer have leading Tier 2 not leading Tier 3 as promised. I understand you would never want to reimburse the time and money spent because it would so much that it gives one chills. You also rely on your TOS to change anything at will, regardless of how it affects your users. Please take into account that writing is on the wall with the future of the game. Any new player or older player coming back cannot compete, as I took a 4 month break and it's taken a year to barely in a position to compete, so the direction of the game is bound to end; thus, at the very least, take care of your base and correct the falsehood for those still wishing to play. Even though some of my posts have been downright ugly to kabam in the past, please take my post sincerely. This type of error is bigger than the leprechaun glitch and others in the past because the sheer magnitude to your base. I hope you will go further than the customer service rep giving us speeds as compensation - It truly felt like a slap in the face to be honest. I hope someone of consequence reads this and takes action in a business like, respectful manner.
