MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    Curiosity questions regarding EU/NA ''items'/balance''

    Hi,

    I was wondering a few things, and i would be happy if people from NA worlds can answer my questions (preferably including screens like i will do) in order to detect the differences between EU and NA worlds:

    ***Below the questions i will add some screens of the setups/items***

    1.) could you name what pieces are in the best possible defence, and best possible attack knight setup? (Don't include gears with random stats)
    *In EU our best ATK knight includes: sun fury sword, sun fury shield, inferno helmet(sun fury helmet as 2nd), pendragon armour, sun fury pants.
    *In EU our best DEF knight includes: inferno sword (pendragon sword as 2nd), soul burner shield, pendragon helmet, inferno armour (s5 armour as 2nd), inferno pants (pendragon/chivalry pants as 2nd).
    * I named the 2nd strongest piece incase inferno was the strongest because inferno is a exclusive event gear, which both EU and NA could achieve, and therefore is not EU or NA restricted.

    Knights include mostly lvl 11 hammers and lvl 8 juwels, some have lvl 12 hammer or lvl 9-10 juwel:

    2.) what lvl master hammers are obtainable through events and/or campaign?
    in EU worlds we don't have master hammers in events, but we have master hammer lvl1 till lvl11 in campaign.

    3.) What lvl juwels are obtainable through events and/or campaign?
    In EU we don't have juwels in normal event. Sometimes they are in round tower events, but mostly they cost gems because some items are only obtainable in merlin's madness or the wheel. We have Juwels lvl 5,6,7,8 in campaign.

    4a.) What hero banners are obtainable through events and/or campaign?
    in EU we don't have events for hero banners. We can win LVL 1 prestige banners, lvl 1 rose banners, lvl 1 honor banners at the 4 mini bosses in campaign, and with exploring heroes(slim chance) No lvl 2 banners are obtainable.
    4b.) What hero skill items are obtainable through events and/or campaign?
    In EU we don't have events for hero skill items. We can win lvl2 emerald talisman, lvl 2 ruby talisman, lvl2 gold talisman at the 4 mini bosses in campaign.

    Gear we don't have sun fury so our attack is much weaker or soul burner gear.

    No jewels at all in campaign some level 7 in comps flash/24h anything above is merlin, wheel or an event.

    Master hammers 11 and below in comps about level 7 in campaign I could be wrong it may be one higher or lower. Rest in merlin wheel or events.

      Hero items are banners and talisMans are in merlin wheel or chests or comps, none in campaign at all some pieces in the new explore

        7 is indeed the highest hammer in campaign. When events come out for higher levels, a determined non-gemmer might be able to get a 9, but typically an 8. The only times I have gotten higher than 8 were through old alliance events (current events give a max of a 7), from a chest from some other event or merlin/wheel (luck), or while the bulk of the other players are not on (sleeping, or distracted with stuff like Inferno).

        Another hammer difference was in Season 5. EU was advertised as getting TOTAL Master Hammers, where NA got only the singles.

        Newer gear coming out so frequently and lack of higher level hammers in campaign are significant, and often insurmountable, obstacles for non-gemmers to stay even marginally competitive in TK events. I am a somewhat-determined non-gemmer, and prior to Inferno distracting people, I would have a 1:4 ratio (or worse) against known gemmers. I think I might be 1:3 or 1:2 now, depending on the level of gemmer, but that was because I had spare hammers due to lack of success finding good random gear, so I had Season 3 for a long time. I no longer have the spares, so the next gearset or heroes will set me back again if they are attack-oriented.

          similiarities,

          The explores look very similiar, I did see a devine elevation in our explores but only ever once, the mini bosses we dont have those prizes, ours are only medals for heroes n they cost 6 stamina.we dont have sun fury gear, we have season 5 n 4 gear atm, also pendragon n chivalry.wecdo have stamina potions in our explores I have won couple which surprised me lol.im not a very lucky person at best of times lol.

            As others have said highest hammer in campaign is 7 n its chap 4 n I think it takes 7 stamina from memory.we dont have jewels in campaign, have exp charms but in chap 3 n are very hard to get as is 97,1mil camp not good for newbie or for those who have run out as I have seen alot of since they got taken out of explores,very frustrating for lots of peeps now.would be good to have some diff items in our campaign like eu world :-)

              Your campaign is way ahead of us and seems to have lower might to kill. What a huge difference we have no sunfury gear which is pretty nice, no jewels in campaign. What a difference

                One thing that NA has much better than EU is madness and rulette,the quality of prizes has decreased considerably over the last 2 years, try to get 1b might on each server playing madness, EU its crap

                  Two years ago is when the investment from Alibaba happened. Asian gamers have been shown to be OK with having to pay to win. It could be that part of the negociation with Alibaba involved reducing the generosity of the game.

                  As for today though, I think the bugs and lack of communication / support are due to a lot of company effort being put into the movie tie-in games, particularly Star Wars: Uprising. Disney is making the characters and concepts in that game as part of the official history of the saga, known as "canon".

                  In other words, for Star Wars: Uprising, Kabam is under extreme pressure to do well. From what I have seen, the cinematic teaser trailers look good, and the initial gameplay footage is pretty good too, given that it is a mobile game and not on a console or PC/Mac.

                  Does that excuse what has been happening in this game? No. I am sure Disney gave them some investment capital for the game. Then Kabam also has the Marvel games that are generating money.

                  At any rate, it takes a lot of in-game gems to do well in this game, and that trend keeps continuing. My "claim merit" lights up several times a day, so I know people in my alliance are spending money.
