The log-in is being calculated in UTC time, meaning the new day starts at 00:00 UTC which is 4:00pm PST, keep this in mind when looking for badges. We went ahead and granted everyone an additional badge for the first day as we have gotten several reports of people not making the cut-off time due to people not knowing it was UTC.

              Missing badges

I only have 4 as well and yes I log in everyday, in fact I spend a great deal of time on KOC so I'm 100% sure I didn't miss the cut off. Lots of dedicated players in my alliance also only have 4

                      Everyone,

We went ahead and granted everyone an additional badge for the first day as we have gotten several reports of people not making the cut-off time due to people not knowing it was UTC. The extra badge was to ensure that everyone has a chance at getting the chest. If you have 4 badges then as long as you continue to log in everyday you will be able to get the chest. Some will have 5 because they made the cut for the first day, so they already had 4 before we sent out the extra one. If anyone needs help calculating UTC here is a calculator you can use.

This does not make any sense... As long as you log on every day, it does not matter what time zone you are in. I currently have 6, but I have members in my alliance with 5, and 7. I log on several times a day, as do they, the key is, if you log on the same times every day it will count on a 24 hour period... The time zones is a red herring!!

That being said, there is no reason why anyone would have more than me, as I certainly have not missed a log in. And others with less than me should not have missed out. Clearly there has been an error in payout, which will need to be addressed. Gov

There is still an issue here for sure. I started playing in a second world (world 82 username spills) on the first of the month. I have logged in everyday to collect mt free tokens and start building my city. I now have seven free tokens collected yet ZERO badges. Please look into this. I also have a few players in my main world (ector46) who only have 5 tokens when everyone else had either 6 or 7. I know for a fact they log in every day because I have an everyday login policy in my alliance. If someone misses a day I kick them and they have to reapply. Please grant everyone just 1 or 2 more badges and I think everyone will be good except for the players who are not getting any which your going to have to handle on a case by case basis I assume.

                            Thanks

                              Hi!

Have log on everyday more than 5x coming back and forth and i am missing a badge from yesterday.. I should be getting 7 now but only got 6. Do we need to log in forum just to make sure we get the badge?
