Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    Lords and Ladies of Camelot’s Northern Territories,
    The the "Get out of there!" event is now over and we'd like to extend a big thank you to everyone who participated!

    The 10 Winners have been notified via in-game mail and the Free Gems have been granted!

    The “Get out of there!” Event!

    Lords and Ladies of Camelot’s Northern Territories,
    When Big Armies are coming your way sometimes the best defence is to... get out of there! The Portal of Order and the Portal of Refuge move your City to a secret area of the Map where you will be safe! And even if you are the most powerful Knight in your Province this weekend is the perfect time for a change of scenery!

    Move your City using the Portal of Refuge or the Portal of Order and be entered for a chance to win 1000 Gems:
    - The Portal of Refuge teleport your City to a random location in the Map
    - The Portal of Order teleport your City to a specific location in the Map

    Both items can be found in the Miscellaneous section of the Shop. If you already have one, this is the time to use it!

    10 Players that will move their City during the Event Period will be randomly selected to win 1000 Gems! If you are selected and you don't have a Second City yet, King Arthur will also give you a free 2nd City Deed!

    Event Period: Friday July 13, 12pm US Pacific Time (19:00 Camelot’s Time) to Monday July 16 12pm US Pacific Time (19:00 Camelot’s Time). Prizes will be awarded and winners announced on Tuesday July 17!

    L'Évènement "Va t'en de là"!


    Seigneurs et Dames des Territoires du Nord de Camelot,
    Lorsque de Grosses Armées arrivent sur ton chemin parfois, la meilleure défense parfois est... de s'en aller de là! Le Portail de L'Ordre et le Portail du Refuge déplacent ta Cité dans un lieu secret de la Carte où tu sera en sécurité! Et même si tu es le plus puissant Chevalier dans ta Province, ce week-end est le meilleur moment pour un changement de décor!


    Déplace ta Cité en utilisant le Portail de Refuge our le Portail de l'Ordre et sois qualifié pour tenter de gagner 1.000 Émeraudes:
    - Le Portail du Refuge téléporte ta Cité dans un lieu aléatoire de la Carte
    - Le Portail de l'Ordre téléporte ta Cité dans un lieu spécifique de la Carte


    Les deux articles peuvent être trouvés dans la section Divers du Magasin. si tu en as déjà un, il est temps de l'utiliser!


    10 Joueurs qui déplaceront leurs Cités durant le Temps de l'Évènement seront sélectionnés au hasard pour gagner 1.000 Émeraudes! Si tu es sélectionné et que tu n'as pas encore de Seconde Cité, Le Roi Arthur t'offrira gratuitement un Acte de Seconde Cité!


    Période de l'Évènement: du Vendredi 13 Juillet 21h00 (19:00 heure de Camelot) au Lundi 16 Juillet 21h00 (19:00 heure de Camelot). Les prix seront décernés et les gagnants annoncés à partir du Mardi 17 Juillet!

    Das „Mach dich vom Acker!“-Event!


    Liebe Lords und Ladies von Camelot!
    Wenn riesige Armeen auf dich zukommen, ist manchmal die beste Verteidigung… sich einfach vom Acker zu machen! Der Teleporter und das Fluchtportal bewegen deine Stadt an einen geheimen und sicheren Ort! Auch wenn du zu den mächtigsten Rittern in deinem Gebiet gehörst - dieses Wochenende ist der perfekte Zeitpunkt, um deinen Aufenthaltsort zu wechseln!


    Transferiere deine Stadt an einen anderen Ort mit der Nutzung eines Teleporters oder Fluchtportals und erhalte die Chance auf 1.000 Edelsteine:
    - Das Fluchtportal transferiert deine Stadt an einem zufälligen Ort auf der Karte.
    - Der Teleporter transferiert deine Stadt an einem ausgewählten Ort auf der Karte.


    Beide Items können im Shop gekauft werden. Wenn du bereits eins besitzt, dann ist dies der Zeitpunkt um es zu nutzen!


    10 Spieler, die dies im Laufe des Events tun, werden für den Gewinn von 1.000 Edelsteinen ausgelost! Wenn du zu den Gewinnern gehörst und noch keine 2. Stadt-Urkunde besitzt, wirst du ebenfalls eine von König Arthur erhalten!


    Event: 13. Juli, 21:00 Uhr - 16. Juli, 21:00 Uhr
    Die Preise werden ab dem 17. Juli vergeben und die Gewinner bekannt gegeben!

      Nobles Señores y Señoras del Norte de Camelot:
      A veces, cuando te acechan ejércitos de tamaño inconmensurable, la mejor estrategia es... ¡largarse de ahí! ¡Con el portal del orden y el portal de refugio podrás mover tu villa a un área secreta del mapa donde tus enemigos no la encontrarán! Y aunque te creas el caballero más poderoso del reino, ¡aprovecha este fin de semana para darte un cambio de aires! Usa un portal de refugio o un portal del orden y podrás ganar 1.000 gemas:
      - El portal de refugio moverá tu villa a un área aleatoria del mapa
      - El portal del orden la moverá a un área especificada


      Puedes encontrar ambos objetos en la sección de miscelánia de la tienda. Cuando ya tengas uno, ¡úsalo!


      ¡Seleccionaremos al azar a 10 jugadores que cambien su villa de sitio durante esta promoción y les entregaremos 1.000 gemas! Y si alguno de los ganadores aún no tiene una 2ª villa, ¡recibirá del Rey Arturo escrituras de la 2ª villa!


      Cuándo: Del viernes 13 de julio a las 12 pm PST al lunes 16 de julio a las 12 pm PST Entregaremos los premios y anunciaremos los ganadores el martes 17 de julio

      Lord e Lady dei territori a Nord di Camelot,
      Quando la minaccia di grandi eserciti si avvicina pericolosamente, a volte l’unica cosa saggia da fare per difendersi è andar via! Il Portale dell’Ordine ed il Portale del Rifugio possono spostare la vostra Città in un’area segreta della Mappa dove potrete mettervi in salvo! Ed anche se doveste essere i più potenti tra i Cavalieri della vostra Regione questo è il weekend perfetto per cambiare aria con uno scenario tutto nuovo!
      Spostate la vostra Città usando un Portale dell’Ordine o un Portale del Rifugio e parteciperete per vincere 1.000 Gemme:
      - Il Portale del Rifugio teletrasporta la vostra Città in un luogo sconosciuto della Mappa
      - Il Portale dell’Ordine teletrasporta la vostra Città in un luogo specifico e noto della Mappa


      Entrambi gli Oggetti possono essere trovati nella sezione Varie della Bottega. Se già possiedete uno di questi Oggetti, questo è il momento giusto per utilizzarlo!


      10 giocatori tra coloro che sposteranno la propria Città durante l’Evento saranno estratti a sorte per vincere 1.000 Gemme! Se doveste rientrare tra i vincitori e non doveste ancora possedere la 2a Città, Re Artù vi darà anche l’Atto della 2a Città!


      Periodo dell’Evento: Venerdì 13 Luglio ore 21:00 (12:00 Fuso Orario Pacifico) – Lunedì 16 Luglio ore 21:00 (12:00 Fuso Orario Pacifico). I premi saranno accreditati ed i vincitori annunciati Martedì 17 Luglio!
