MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.


Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    A shadow has fallen over Camelot and from out of the mists comes the adversary that Merlin forewarned about, the demonic knight, Sir Jacque of L’antern. This "Pumpkin" Knight acts as the harbinger for the vile villains spreading through the lands! Now that you've pulled together your armies and built the strength of your knights during Merlin's Call to Arms, it is time to fight off this Knightmare in Camelot.

    Participate in the Knightmare in Camelot events to gain various Halloween Candy that can be used to redeem for great prizes. Including Sir Jacque of L’antern, which will temporarily channel the power of the Pumpkin Knight through one of your Knights! The brand new Everlasting Portal is available as well and can Portal your City unlimited times in 24 hours!

    Redeem your Halloween Candy in the RoundTower for the following prizes!

    3x Rare Candies = 1x Great Pumpkin Chest
    Contains a Sir Jacque of L’antern 235 Knight, 1x Sword Mastery, or 1x Shield Mastery

    10x Special Candies = 1x Haunted War Chest

    Fearless Heroes!

    A Horrific Halloween Army has been raised in Camelot by the "Pumpkin Knight" Sir Jacque of L’antern so King Arthur has called a Tournament of Might to find the bravest Knights in Camelot!

    Grow your Might and fight off the Pumpkin Knight to win glory and great prizes! To win the Tournament of Might, you must have the greatest positive increase in Might during the Tournament Period. We determine this based on the difference between your Might at the start of the Tournament and your Might at the end of the Tournament.

    100 Players in each World with the greatest positive increase in Might will win the following Prizes:

    1st Place: 1x Sir Jacque of L’antern
    2nd Place: 2x Rare Candies
    3rd Place: 1x Rare Candies
    4th - 10th Place: 5x Special Candies
    11th - 25th Place: 3x Special Candies
    26th - 50th Place: 1x Special Candies
    51st - 75th Place: 10x Common Candies
    76th - 100th Place: 5x Common Candies

    Top 3 overall across ALL Worlds:

    1st Place: 1x Rare Candies for your Alliance
    2nd Place: 3x Special Candies for your Alliance
    3rd Place: 5x Common Candies for your Alliance

    The Tournament begins Saturday, October 19th, 12pm Pacific (19:00 Camelot time) and ends on Sunday, October 20th, 12pm Pacific (19:00 Camelot time).

      Knightmare in Camelot: #2 Alliance Tournament of Fright

      Greetings Mighty Knights,

      King Arthur is calling for all great Alliances in the North to come together to fight off the Halloween Hordes of the Pumpkin Knight. An Alliance Tournament of Might has been declared!

      Work together, Train your armies, and grow the overall Might of your Alliance to fight of the fury of the fiendish Sir Jacque of L’antern. The Top Alliances in each World with the greatest positive increase in Might will win Halloween Candy which can be redeemed for amazing prizes. If your Alliance wins, every member who participated will be rewarded!

      ***Important Rule: Any Alliances created after the start of the Event will not be eligible.***

      The winning Alliances will be determined by the difference between their Might at the start of the Tournament, and their Might at the end of the Tournament.

      Alliances with the most Might Gain in their World will win the following:

      1st Place: Gold Spooky Chest (Sir Jacque of L’antern or Rare Candies)
      2nd Place: Silver Spooky Chest (Rare Candies or Special Candies)
      3rd Place: Bronze Spooky Chest (Special Candies or Common Candies)
      4th to 10th Place: 5x Common Candies

      This event begins Sunday, October 20th at 12pm Pacific (19:00 Camelot time) and ends on Tuesday, October 22nd at 12pm Pacific (19:00 Camelot time).

        Knightmare in Camelot: #3 Alliance Troop Thrill

        Lords and Ladies of Camelot,

        The time has come to come together and fight for your Kingdom against the Halloween Hordes and to prove your Alliance is the best on the battlefield. An Alliance Troops Killed Tournament has been declared to fight off the Pumpkin Knight and prove who the Mightiest Alliance is across the Kingdoms. King Arthur will measure your Alliance on the armies defeated and he will reward the Alliance with the most Might Kill.

        Here are the details:

        Attack, defend, and kill as many enemy Troops as you can! We will calculate the Total Might of the Troops you kill in battle. Total Might killed consists not only of enemy Troops and Wall Defenses killed when you ATTACK, but also when you DEFEND.

        This Tournament begins October 22nd at 12pm Pacific (19:00 Camelot time) and ends on October 24th Pacific (19:00 Camelot time). Total Might killed will be counted ONLY during this period.

        Alliances with the most Troop Kills in their World will win the following:

        1st Place: Gold Spooky Chest (Sir Jacque of L’antern or Rare Candies)
        2nd Place: Silver Spooky Chest (Rare Candies or Special Candies)
        3rd Place: Bronze Spooky Chest (Special Candies or Common Candies)

          Knightmare in Camelot: #4 Solo Troop Thrill

          Fearless Lords and Ladies of Camelot,

          King Arthur and his council have declared a Troops Killed tournament to push back the Halloween Hordes! The Total Might of the Troops you kill in battle during the Event Period will be calculated and the players who Kill the most Troops during the Tournament will be rewarded for their efforts.

          Here’s how it works: Attack, defend, and kill as many enemy Troops as you can!

          100 Players with the greatest positive increase in Might Killed will win the following Prizes:

          1st Place: 1x Sir Jacque of L’antern
          2nd Place: 2x Rare Candies
          3rd Place: 5x Special Candies
          4th - 10th Place: 3x Special Candies

            Knightmare in Camelot: #5 Attack the Witches Camp

            Mighty Warriors of Camelot,

            Double, double, toil and trouble; Fire burn and cauldron bubble! The Pictish armies have been joining forces with the Pumpkin Knight’s Armies. We must attack their Witches Camps and defeat them before they become too powerful. Help attack them and you could be rewarded! We will reward the Players who win the most while attacking Pictish Camps Level 5 or higher.

            Visit the Map View to find Pictish Camps Level 5 or higher. Players who defeat the most Pictish Camps can win Halloween Candy to earn great rewards. Your goal until October 24th, 12pm Pacific is to attack as many Pictish Camps as you can. The top 100 Players who attack the most Pictish Camps Level 5 or higher in their World during the event period, will win!

            1st Place: 2x Rare Candies
            2nd Place: 1x Rare Candy
            3rd Place: 3x Special Candies
            4th - 10th Place: 1x Special Candy
            11th - 25th Place: 3x Common Candies
