  • Events not updating properly when they end

In the #1) Alliance ToM for the Merlin's Call to Arms the server simply did not update the last 15 minutes of the tournament. Our alliance was passed by another alliance with only 15 minutes left to go. We absolutely wanted to be #1 so we all starting clicking might again. The 1st place alliance was only 53 million might ahead of us. One of my players singlehandedly clicked 60 mil+ might while about 5 of us took it easy and gained a few mil each. The tournament ended and we waited and waited it to update and it never did. We gained easily over 80 million might in those 15 minutes and that was enough to probably beat the other alliance. I know it is only a one Mythic Alloy difference but that doesn't matter we would and should have won it. Multiple players opened up tickets and would like this resolved (especially before the end of Merlin's Call to Arms).

    Spize, 68, ONE

This is absolutely true. I personally opened 6mil in might during the last 15 minutes, and about 5 others in my alliance opened 5-10 in that last 15 and we got credit for none of it in the tourney. If I had known this we'd have saved them for the later events (this was event 1) and we could have easily claimed a much better position.

Call to arms events are fixed!!!

In my world Tristan 53 the tournaments give final results based on an update 15 minutes before the end of the tournament. I know for a fact that my alliance shoul have won the tournament of might as in the last 10 mins I opened my troop chests totalling 18 million might and what happen oh that's right the results didnt update so it was for nothing. It's a fix. All kabam care about is who spends the most. I contacted them but no reply just put in the system and forgot about.

Everyone should stop spending money until things are done fairly

I agree. In Kay2 we were in an alliance troop kill event and in the final 9 minutes must have killed around 50 million troops. I was a hell of a battle and we eagerly awaited the results to be posted. When the processing results was over we were shocked to see the kills had not been included. The only consolation was that the attacking alliance didn't get credited with the kills either. But that's' not the point is it?

It's hard enough to participate in these competitions that blatantly favour the big money spenders and when you do you get this kind of treatment. We're asking ourselves why bother?

Spartacus - sympathies, it's not just you buddy.

Same for kills in the last minutes of the tournament.

Can't be that hard to count the dead after a battle, I mean all the information is in our mail boxes, posted on our alliance wall if we can add it up, so should Kabam be able to do so.

            Shocking.

Troops killed #9 - fault with payout

In the final minute of the troops killed competition I made two hits totalling 17m in kills within the last minute of the competition yet the results do not reflect this change.

My alliance was in position 2 with 73 million kills, the number 1 alliance had 87 million kills and with my 17 million killed that should have put us in first place.

The reports proving I made the kills before the end of the events are: 40494881 and 40494882 and are timestamped at 12:59 within the final minute of the competition.

              Please sort this out!

                Greetings all,

We apologize if there seem to be some inconsistencies with the leaderboard results. From our understanding, it is working as intended. I'll make sure to look into the results and update you all shortly.

Thanks for your patience in the mean time.

Make sure you look into Horsa68 as well. The cutoff on the #9) alliance troop kill event was 12:45. That is 15 mins before end of competition and my reports show many attacks in the last minutes. This means that your understanding of how things work must be wrong!

In Merlin69, every single event ended right on time. However, the calculated results in EVERY event ended 15 minutes early, just like everyone else has mentioned. Considering that the majority of the big players/spenders, unbox and hammer out tks in the last few minutes of events, all results are by far incorrect and payouts inconsistent with actual figures.

Kris kabam everyone seems to be confused about the updates not working properly because they use to update every 5-10 minutes but now they seem to update every hour that's why there is confusion you guys did this and forgot to tell everyone that's buying the gems to participate I don't know if it was a plan by you to try and get people to spend more or just another one of your sweet features after the latest update.

                        Here's your research.

No update and we opened up millions in might. This happened in every event.

I guess my missing 220, DIs, and item.0 chests from Merlin are my imagination and working exactly as kabam intended.

That's the question, what's your intent?

You guys need to be honest with us,

If I read your gem buy offer, it read 225 for the entire alliance, but that wasn't the case.

Same thing here in Gareth 66 in event #6, numbers never changed from the 15 minutes left update. Need to at least post actually results. I know for a fact that we added at least 12 mil more might in last 15 minutes - thanks for looking into this and correcting.

Any update to this? Some of my alliance members have also been unable to claim their rewards from this event despite participating in it.

Also can you confirm if the payout has been received for the individual tournament of might - one of my alliance members placed first and we were supposed to get 5 mystical alloys but as far as I can tell I haven't received these.

We also had the same problem in Mordred 51 with event #7 in Merlin's Games. We were losing by 300k might going into last 15mins and took down 2-3m might in the last 15mins but the event never updated leaving us in 11th place outside prizes. Please could you look into this please?
