Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.


Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    No news here ( FYI kabam is getting efficient at giving their customers a big face slap)

    I am afraid to inform you that, I have seen our logs to check for the details of the mentioned tournament and found that all qualified players have received their appropriate rewards.     Lol I forgot to mention there was no extra marches there where 20 reports and sent 20 marches had 20 stamina now zero

    a: the campaign issues happen daily... There's too many items disappearing to count from level 9 sapphires/rubies/11-12 master hammers/gold medals for ector/lanval/lamorack... I'm sure there's more but these are the only ones I notice because I try to use the items shortly after I win them... I hoard troop boxes so I'm sure some of those have disappeared but I don't pay enough attention to notice if 10k scythe carts or something disappear.

    b. I thought a couple updates ago said the boss was "fixed"

    C. I still haven't received a single box from the forge a thon... I don't have any mid level hammers so I used a ton of 11 and 12 hammers for the lower levels to get things to level 10 (I understand it's not your guys problem that I used level 12 hammers for this, but I still expect my prizes I should have earned. I probably leveled 15+ items to 10 and haven't received a single box. I have since leveled my items to 12 so I'm not sure exactly how many I leveled up, but I assume it was at least 15 items because of the number of level 12 hammers I went through for the last 3 levels to get to 10... I send in a mail to support and it says .. Send us screenshot of event like they have no idea what I'm talking about... So since I only receive in game mail is when I uninstall and reinstall my game I had to ask an alliance member for screenshot of mail (not a big deal) now I have sent the screenshot back to support with no response yet (in their defense it's only been 2 days since I opened ticket, but having to go through all of this to get my prizes is ridiculous+ every other time I've had similar issues they never actually give me what is owed to me... They give me some crappy item like a master hammer 6 or something... It's like saying.. Hey.. I know you spent 150+ different hammers to win banners, but because our game glitches here's 1 master hammer 6...

    I love the game... I want to continue playing.. But the support team sucks...this is my first post on forum because I'm frustrated with support but it seems like the forum moderators actually get something done. It's just sad that we have to blast support on the forums to get anywhere.. You'd think that a simple email to support could solve the problem without having to blast the whole company on the forums..

    Not always the case I hit campaigns earlier got 200 k war wagons . it clearly says 200 k war wagons in my invoice OK good I go to use them and it says sorry knight u have insufficient resources WHAT!!!! I just won 200 k and it says 200 k in my invo hour later still says 200 in my still can't use I refresh the app and low and be hold it says I only have 150 k war wagons
    Iike magic 50 k disappears and that happens with other items to not just troops

    Yes it happens all the time in campaign and not only missing prizes the false losses are also annoying I lose the battle OK ( even though I have inferno gear ) I look at reports and WHAT!!!! How could I have possible lost I sent 118 k t4 lost less then 1k troops all enemy troops are dead and I still lost is it me or is something wrong there ( FYI that was about 6 hours ago)

    Campaign - disappearing items. Has this happened recently? Which items disappeared?
    Bosses disappearing - should be fixed in the next update, around mid-October

    Does the whiteboard on the wall at Kabam headquarters read something along the lines of "TODAY'S Goal! Find new and exciting ways to screw our customers." If it was just me complaining about all these glitches/issues with game then maybe I'm the crazy one.. But I have to assume that there's some intelligent people that work for Kabam that realize I'm not the only one complaining and there's some serious issues with the game. I'm understanding and realize getting an app to function 100% all the time is nearly impossible, but when we send in complaint tickets we expect the problems to be corrected.. Not brushed under the rug with a free master hammer or something..

    They've made it VERY clear they don't give a **** about their customers. Every competition is a bigger joke than the last. They continually screw us all with their camp glitches (items disappearing that were won from camp, the boss disappearing every day or 2), not paying out on competition prizes (I.E. The forge gear to lvl 10 comp.. I didn't get my prizes at all and for those that did they lied to them about the prizes they would win). The response I get on every complaint is we're sorry for the inconvenience. Blah blah blah... Here's some junk item you didn't want... The reason we participate and spend our hard earned money on the competitions is to receive whatever prize we were competing for. For example, I need banners.. So I compete in competitions for banners... When your team screws us out of the banners we competed for and offer us a free lvl 6 master hammer for our inconvenience is a slap in the face.. How about you start giving us the items we deserve AS WELL as a junk item for free for having to waste our time writing the email to you guys.. Step up your game kabam and stop screwing your customers. Fix your code do whatever is necessary to make your game operate correctly OR just send us all an email (I'd say in-game mail, but we all know that mail system only works occasionally) that says screw you all we're shutting down this game.... At least then we could all find a new game instead of keep hoping you guys will actually fix something.
