Hi,
Last week I logged a ticket on behalf of another player using his email address as the contact address. This was due to him not being sure how to log a ticket (FYI no passwords have been shared)
Since this time, all my tickets and information have been going to his email address not mine as stated in all my tickets raised.
1 - This is frustrating as it means solving some of my issues are impossible.
2 - It has given the player the ability to see my game issues and also respond on my behalf (I am just glad this is only to another player in my alliance and not someone else)
3 - Kabam support are ignoring this by stating no privacy rights have been breached, but apologising for the 'Confusion'. I see this as my rights have been breached, and by apologising it is an admission of guilt.
My alliance member even successfully completed one of Kabams customer surveys for my ticket..... needless to say he marked it 0/10.
I need to know how this error has occurred from Kabam, and how they plan to ensure this wont happen again.
If this error happened with any other company, the customer (player in this case) would be informed what has happened and duly compensated for this. But kabam are choosing to ignore this and pretend it never happened.
Some people may think this is minor, but I am more upset over the lack of support or information about this issue.
So now I am in forums hoping this will get me some answers.
Regards
