  • Knight unmarshelled - support refuse help

    Hello kabam,

Another victim of kabam, it can happen.
But not listening to a costumor's complain and telling to this player something totaly different from the players explained problem is disgusting.
After three times explaining I came to the fact that costumor support only answer's with copy paste mail on based what the problem contains.

What happend now is that a players city is zeroed, his knight was marshelled and had 2million gold.
Still his city got zeroed and both attacker and defender troops were killed so the proof of the gold still remains in that city.

Support can not tell that player closed and gold was stolen so the knight unmarshelled. THE GOLD WAS STILL THERE AND SCREEN SHOT AS PROOF.

Communicating with support is talking to wall (to keep it clean from language).
Kabam own's this player a full refund from troops.

If not, please refund his money he spend on this game.
    Players ticket: #: 03195022

I will not stop untill I or atleast he gets a proper solution of your caused problem.
Please do not lie about "the development department has confirmed that there is no bug in the system which is causing Knights to become unassigned".

That is just a sick answer to refuse help to a players problem and you know that.

    Regards,
    Relatyne

It happens. Unfortunately, I can tell you how this thread will go. Someone with a yellow name will stumble upon this when they have nothing better to do. They will copy and paste the same script as always. 'We're sorry this happened, but we can only talk to the person who it happened to. We can't discuss other players accounts. Please have them send me a PM.'

    Nothing will be done.

A lot of nonsens talk, but no troops refund.

        I would fire this guy!
Can another person solve his problem in support? Someone with average intellect and IQ? It's not that I am asking a lot.

How much brains does it takes to listen to another persons problem?

this is just like all those that were locked completely out of their domains for up to three weeks. When they returned they found that they had NO troops or resources left (unless they were in a very good alliance) I know of one player in my alliance that lost more than 140 MILLION troops, and kabam's answer to the loss? Same as always. We are sorry for the loss of your troops, here is a few thousand in resources to help you rebuild them...... What a JOKE. IT would take BILLIONS if not Trillions to replace that high of numbers of troops. Their failure to offer some form of PROPER service to these players that were locked out because of a Problem in the code, is beyond lazy, but borders on fraud. Like the "in game currency", I came to the conclusion years ago that the only reason to force players to buy it was so that when they stole it or "accidentally Lost" it that they could simply ignore the demands for its return. The last money I spent on this game was almost three years ago, I bought a 30.00 package, spent a few gems (10 or 20) on a couple of chests and went to bed. This was right after the second queue for building came out. The next morning, I logged on and while building some cottages, I watched as suddenly my gems started disappearing, the numbers went from about 340 to 295, then dropped to 195, 165 and then quickly to 0. All in the space of about 2 minutes and NOTHING I was doing could account for their loss. I took screen shots, being sure to get times and amounts to show, same in another domain I was playing in at the time, which still showed the original amount until I refreshed the screen and then it dropped down to 0 also. I fought with them for several weeks, sending them the screen shots as evidence that there was something WRONG going on, asked them to check my account for activity, everything that I could think of. All a waste of time and effort as I never got a dime back or even an explanation of where the gems went, typical bookkeeping would have pulled that down and SHOULD have pulled that down. I didn't find out until weeks later that although they requested screen shots, they would NOT accept Microsoft word documents, WHY, I don't understand since it is the standard in the business sector in this country where they game is based, and that although they requested screen shots (something they still do, they don't have any way of looking at them, and I believe that they are a waste of time unless you can find a way to hold them accountable for their actions or inaction. I also found out that I wasn't the only one losing gems by the bunches, a couple of my fellow alliance players at the time lost thousands in gems, and like me they never got a DIME to replace their losses with. IF they were using REAL money, they could be required to account for each and every dime spent on the game. Something that legally they should have to do anyway since they are in business in THIS country. I am curious how many have lost gems that simply disappeared, without any idea of where they went.

And a whole lot of good that will do, he will get the same pre-printed explanations we all get, and no real answers to the question asked. Then they will want to know if you have cleared your cache or something stupid like that. The same questions asked to every question posted to their help system, I should know, I have hundreds of them copied to my drive. These are the same answers I have received to questions ranging to where my troops went, to why can't I get my castle to upgrade, I have upgraded it 5 times to the same level and it still won't upgrade? You know, stupid things.

That is so stupid, I to have experienced this lack of support many many times.
It is very rare that someone actually helps from support, but even then you have to complain and mail every day.

that means you got also enough time to return his troops.
                  any updates?

I logged in one day and found my open troop city unmarsjalled with 286mil gold. I was lucky and wasn't hit so no troops lost but I sent in a ticket anyways I explained I don't what troops I'm not disputing a battle all I asked for was an explanation as to why this keeps happening. After a week of their generic ticket responses I finally got a person to respond. The rep sent me a report of my city activities for the 24 hour time period.

No I did not run out of gold in my 4th city (troop city) however I did run out of gold in my 3rd city and my knight was dropped there which is a city I use for train a thon. SOMEHOW tho when my knight dropped from my 3rd it also dropped from my fourth. When I asked the rep about this I then got the standard back pedaling reply kabam gives when omg could it really be their fault?? And my ticket was closed.

I know this doesn't help but since then even when training I have made sure to unassigned my knights in all city's (other than my open troop city) myself so the the system doesn't have to do it for me.
