Since I have yet to get resolution on any issue I have submitted to support, I figured I would try to report this most recent bug here and see if this is any different...
Roughly 17:20 Game Time this date, the following error occurred:
Trained 2,188 T5 Troops (Scythe Carts) After I hit the train button, they appeared in my queue. When I opened my inventory to apply a Conscript the error stating that that I needed to have troops training to use it appeared and I clicked through it. Reset the game, when it reloaded, the troops were not in training anymore, they were not in the city (it's a training city where no troops other than carts are kept, so I would have seen them.). So, reluctantly I uninstalled and re-installed the game, knowing that I would have to take 15 minutes to delete all the messages previously deleted that would appear, but this didn't change anything.
Notes:
1. After Training I did not use any speedups.
2.Had/still have 56,112 Traps training in the same city but I can't recall if this is consistent with the other times this happened.
3. After training/resetting/re-installing game, population dropped to 0 and the RSS were deducted from my city and not returned since resetting/re-installing the game.
4. I know the exact number of troops and rss because I use a training calculator I made in excel that has the info saved and as with every other error I note the time.
This queue of Scythe Carts cost roughly 11m gold and 20m of the other RSS, ~218,800 bravehearts as well as 64,925 supply troops dismissed to boost my population to 105,000 (6.5m RSS), not to mention the troops lost (and associated rss) attacking the cities that held this gold. Finally the 630,000 Might (2x2,188 T5 troops) that was lost with the troops that would have counted towards the might events in progress. I had not trained or opened any chests since these events started and I am not showing as having produced and might towards these events at this time, so it's a complete loss in every respect.
5. This is not the first time I have had this issue with T5 troops, I've reported it to support 2 times already, not asking for anything but to have the issue submitted to the programmers so it could be looked into (it's happened at least a dozen times in the past) and they said that this is has not been reported by any other players to date and that I must have made a mistake and closed the ticket each time with no further action other than the standard cut/pasted reset/re-install instructions.
Question I have, assuming this logic, if they reject a bug report because it hasn't been reported by anyone else, how do bugs get resolved that are reported by other users since the total number of reports is always going to be zero as they are dismissed when reported due to the absence of other reports? ie, the last report to support resulted in the same response, no other reports of this issue have been submitted, when I had already submitted in previously.
I know this is not a lot of troops considering the number of troops that are in chests you can buy, but it is the maximum I can train in one queue.
