MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.


Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.

Rule 4: Respect the law

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

  • World Issues

    First of all overall the world mergers seems to have gone great. The merge worlds are active and more competitive which was lacking in my old. Also I have not heard many issues regarding missing items etc. So thank you Kabam for organising and doing this.

    There are a few issues that if could be addressed quickly, will ensure everything in my opinion is even and perfect in the new worlds.

    1 - (Gear and Knights) In world 133 there is a distinct divide in gear types, those from world 115 came over with Lion gear and max 250 knights, but whereas world 98 players for example came over with 255 knights and sacred gear. The only gear on offer is God Gear which means the divide will continue. Kabam - Please even up the world for all, skip the god gear and release more opportunities to acquire 255 knights and let us have the opportunity to gain sacred gear. Yes it’s in Campaign 4 but the might loss for some is too great to consider attempting it. Let us have the opportunity to fight players who are level in knights and gear stats.

    2 - (Tournament prizes) with so many worlds merged together, it means a lot of big players are in one world. The problem is the smaller players are unable to compete in tournaments. Meaning they won’t grow which in turn they will lose interest and quit affecting their alliance. Change the tournaments to allow additional players gaining prizes. Instead of top 75/150 allow top 500 for example. Every alliance in the game has members who are unable to gem but are essential for the Team unity. Allow them to win prizes if top 500.

    3 - (New Accounts) when will new accounts be allowed onto the servers? I have players waiting to join world 133 but are unable to. New players to a world/Alliance are essential for long term life of a world. Please enable this again.

    I am sure there are others who could add to my list and I hope they will. Kabam if you could action the above asap all will be well in the worlds.

    I am very grateful for this post. I agree completely, and I believe that to make the merge of these worlds effective and smooth, these items will have to be considered and worked on by Kabam. We need equality if we are going to merge, and the gap between players right now is too large. I know a lot of players are quitting, and others considering quitting. Please review this and consider it seriously, as it is the only way to ensure that 133 remains a strong and full world.

      I could not agree more.

      Maybe I am mistaken, but I thought the merge was supposed to merge worlds that are on the same level? How do you figure that is the case when the majority of the merging worlds have beefed up gear that other worlds don't? I don't think that is fair. How is sacred gear already in 133 when it was supposedly released in 133 campaign a few days ago? Yet you have people with level 10 sacred gear already? Doesn't make sense. This game is getting more and more messed up. There are gemmers who drop 600 dollars on the regular yet don't have that kind of gear? Come on KABAM. There are people who love this game who are quitting because of BS like this. Get this under control please.

        I agree with all of this. Joining of a well established world with younger worlds has led to a very large imbalance of gear, knights and might. People are quitting, many of them the big time gemmers. We all know that without the gemmers revenue declines and we all know that it's about the bottom line. People are frustrated and we're only a week in. Something needs to be done to level the playing field. The exodus of the gemmers and big players coupled with not being able to allow new accounts and people to join is going to lead us right back to a dead world where nobody is playing or spending.

        I commend you for the smooth transition but it appears that there are still issues that need to be sorted.

          I also agree with what No_Remorse said about the tournaments. I believe that the tournaments should be broader so that the smaller players have a chance to compete as well. There's several hundreds of people who are in 133 and play actively (or else they wouldn't have merged) yet, those players do not get any kind of reward during tournaments. Can we fix this?

            I feel like a broken record here, as I already posted 3 threads for something similar. sainted knights and sainted gear, really? the couple players with the might and gear to attack those levels of camp over and over get an even more unfair advantage. I have some of that gear, but since kabam decided a month ago to raid my inventory of gear I had that was just as good and bought legit, I will not spend money on forging anymore. the gear they took was forged to 10 and cost me 100 bucks to forge and I received 20 merlin tokens for the inconvenience. When they took said gear it was fully embedded and I also lost those stones. Now a month later I get tossed into a world with people with gear with debuffs and such against my lion gear. In one hit I lost 30k imps and like 10 mil might. For this reason no one can open and fight legit because Im seeing the players with this gear get crazy ratios and easy kills. I didn't get on the game at all yesterday and prob wont again today until this issue is fixed. your costing players thousands of dollars in might loss from this unfair advantage these 3 or 4 people have. I have submitted a ticket and it was unanswered about the gear I had taken and money I have been ripped off. I will be calling google in 1 week to request refund AGAIN if I am not paid back for what I lost. Google was happy to help me last time. I argued with kabam for a month, but only took me 10 min on phone with google to get a refund. In my eyes what you are doing is fraud and if this doesn't stop you will be held accountable in a court of law. You can not just take stuff people buy without refunding them. might want to take the last 100 bucks I spent to buy yourselves a CLUE BEFORE YOU LOSE EVEN MORE CUSTOMERS. I have seen more people quit in the past week than I seen quit over the last 3 months.

              I completely agree with remorse. If I thought that the players of 133 wasn't gonna be equal in the stage of world....I wouldn't have bothered coming to 133. Its a bummer that everyday I see someone in my Alli or in global chat saying they are quitting due to one or more issue... Mostly pertaining to the fact that 3 out of the 4 world's don't have a chance to compete. This merger was suppose to bring great game quality to the new worlds. Now since people are quitting... There's no hope for recruitment when people can't even join 133. All the merger world's should be open to create for the continuation of life for that world. If you could kindly take in consideration of my suggestions and all who have posted before.. It would make a lot of players happy and with great customer service.. comes a life time guest/player which will in turn bring better revenue . ~ DP

                Ok.. So basically I agree to all post above me ^^^^^^. Here's the issue we all know that the stages of the world's combined in 133 are not the same. So saying that... It's starting to make players quit. Who wants to spend thousands of dollars.. When the ppl that are there are getting it glitches and free. Its discouraging when you see everyday in global chat that ppl are quitting. This was suppose to bring activity and great gaming experience. Ohh and on another note... How are we supposed to bring in ppl for recruitment when ppl can't even join the world. 133 is gonna turn out like all the rest if we can't get new players in them. Well that's just my opinion. If kabam could be so kind and make some of these changes I believe players would be happy and with great customers service... Comes great lifetime players and lifetime revenue. ~ thanks DP

                  game lag

                  My game seems to still be lagging as it did before merging to 133 we also have many newer players in our alliance who are learning and trying to grow in the world and seem to be losing interest, as they cannot compete with the gear or the rapid might growth some users are displaying. I agree with the other posts. More opportunity and offers for better gear and knights, and a revamp of the campaign would be nice to win more variance of prizes including troops and speeds longer than one minute.

                    I'm glad to hear that the merge has went smoothly and want to help address some of the concerns mentioned here..

                    1) This group of worlds were merged together because they are all at the same maturity lvl content wise. Grail Training 255's had not been released on 98,102,103,115 until very recently (aside from a rogue premium event), but they were released at the same time. However, it may be possible that more players were able to obtain it in one world more so than the others due to the differences in activity levels before the merge.

                    The gear, such as sacred gear is a result of a premium event that unintentionally went live on ALL worlds, which means that players from 98,102,103,115 all had this gear available to them (albeit it sooner than what we had originally planned) during the same time frame. With that being said, we will be releasing these other sets of gear soon, Wisdom & Divine is on its way with the City of Solace

                    2) This is something that we are aware of and you may be happy to hear we are currently looking into extending the rankings to allow more players to participate in events without leaving empty handed!

                    3) Unfortunately I do not have a timeline that I am able to provide at this time as to when or if this will happen.

                    With that being said, I'm interested in hearing your thoughts regarding new players joining a "mature" world. If players from 133 are quitting due to knight and gear differences, using this logic, wouldn't new players be even more likely to quit since they have nothing? Just some food for thought

                      Thank you for commenting on my post, and also thank you to everyone else who has also commented.

                      1- I understand that different worlds had more chance to obtain these items due to the age of the world prior to the merger, and I can see that 255s are slowly being released into 133 but to obtain them is a hard task due to the amount of might needed to drop to win them, or the amount of tks needed to win them. With the TK part the players who have the 255 knights and sacred gear are having a great time with destroying other players and re winning the knights. Thus the imbalance will remain until everyone has sacred gear and 255 knights are obtainable for all.
                      I am happy to hear that wisdom and Divine are on route to 133….. But please correct me if I am wrong but isn’t Sacred gear stronger than them? If this is the case then even having the wisdom/divine gear fully forged makes it an unbalanced world still?
                      I am not asking for the sacred gear to be removed from the players who have them, as I bet they spent a fair amount of money and time forging them, just release the gear to all?

                      2 – Great news!!! Thank you!

                      3 – Yes at first a new player would get destroyed by the ‘Mature’ players, every new player would be! But If the items are readily available and with the guidance from the mature players they become strong active players. For example in world 78 a new player joined there 2 weeks before merger. With madness and res being ‘Thrown’ at him from my alliance he was able to quickly hold his own in the world as he was quickly able to obtain the same level knights and gear. It’s sad to say but he has already surpassed my TK ranking lol
                      It is not only 100% new players who want to join other worlds but mature players who want to join a new world. I have a couple players in one world who see the current tens of billions in might players have who want to change to 133 as it’s a mature world but might is catchable and tk rank is also achievable.

                        Who are we to tell newbies they cannot compete?

                        And the gear difference is something Kabam can manage. They can create regular events to let non-gemmers win some of the newer gear. By example: create a trade in in the round tower for celestial gear, by trading in some of the basic gear items you get by attacking wilds.

                          I agree the gear difference is something that could be quickly fixed, but we need Kabam to give us the ability to.

                          Would be great if we could trade items in round tower e.g. 5 Lion gears for 1 Wisdom etc

                            cannot compete at this level so my $120/month will be spent elsewhere, my account will get stale, and inevitably quit. i don't bother looking at ToMs anymore. I do however like the introduction of the new event (all bugs aside). Either way i will be one of many to drift away, this latest release of 'random' firestorm gear summed it up

                              also i call bs on wanting new member to join this world, alts or banks r all thats for, if a new member wants to join perhaps kabam set a L20 restriction to have th option to enter
                              one of our older worlds
