Troubleshooting Steps for Fatal Error/Network Errors while Loading the App
Please make sure your iOS and game is updated to the latest version.
1. Hard restart Turn your device Off/On and then try to load the app.
2. Switching ‘Airplane Mode’ on and off.This resets your WiFi or 3G/4G connection and can directly address the issue you are experiencing. To do so, exit the Battle for the North app and tap on 'Settings' > 'Airplane Mode' (tap twice to turn it 'on' and 'off'). Then go back to the BFN app to complete the process.
3. Turn off your 3G/4G connection and try to play only on Wi-Fi or vice versa.
4. IF you have linked your account to Kabam.com and received your 75 Gems for doing so, please delete and re-install the app. You can delete the app by tapping and holding the BFN app icon until it jiggles, then tap the 'X.'Once you have re-loaded the app, you can access your account by doing the following: Enter the game > Tap on your player name > Tap the Settings Icon in the upper right hand corner > Kabam ID > Enter your Kabam e-mail and password
5. If you are receiving a Network error and you have a Kabam account, make sure your password does not include any special characters ([email protected]#$%^&*). If you do, please go to this link to change your password: http://www.kabam.com/password_resets/new
If you're still unable to log into the game after doing the above steps, please be patient while our engineers work to resolve this.
