Might gain #1 last week on my server. Top 25 all time. Daily logger. Vip 8, just shy of 9. Today was #1 on current might tourney for mh10. Suddenly, my account is logged out. I try to log back in...password had been changed. No link will work for reset, as email was a typo from 2012. I was removed from my alliance while an unauthorized person was in my account. At this point, I am not able to log into the game.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS
These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.
These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.
Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

Additionally..another member who is experiencing the exact same problem is still locked out of his game. Literally no response from Kabam after 14 calls to headquarters in San Fran and 12 emails with almost 60 screenshots. I have spent into the tens of thousands of dollars on your game. You want exact details of when last purchase was? August 10th 99.99..thru google play. I was still playing with those gems the next morning after purchase, as I was logged out of my game. I have full page google play account printouts that detail exactly how much and when, all the way back to 2012.. My server? Pendragon 54. My player id? _BLACK_WIDOW_. My VIP 8, a pack shy of 9. MIGHT...at time of logout...8.36 bil verifiable by game and player sources. As of this moment...8.34 bil. Moderators..are you here to help???

I am just the forum mod but it will make it easier for a gm it the dev team to help you if your issue is in this form. I will let the gms know of this thread and seeing the issue in repro steps will make it a lot faster.

Canadiank...excuse me....but what?? In the past 3 days I have heard the terms escalated, expedited, and nonexistent. The latter is the problem. Nothing has escalated with team kabam customer service. I haven't even received a human reply except yours. And to be perfectly frank what the heck is this repro steps...are you even reading the game issue post...or?????

Has there been any activity on your account since you can't get on is another person on it?
Did you receive any error messages before you where logged out.
With a typo do you remember what the typo is? If you do you can try and set up a email with that exact typo and get your password email sent to that. Long shot but might work.

Hey black widow, I had this problem 2 month back except for me the email account is still there but my cities is no longer attached to my email id. When I login, all i got is a new player name and nothing else. Took 2 weeks before I got any response from them and that is after i sent an email to the head honcho himself. 2+ years work on the game gone in a flash and there is no way to recover back the account which is weirdly told by kabam, the cities now belong to a guess account. It will be a pained as it is for me to start from 0 again even after the compensations from kabam. As long as your cities is still attached to your acct then it should be easier to recover but if its not, then pray that kabam take this case seriously as it is happening again. What I can advise is that you follow-up with them and be as patient as you can for a week without the game. I know exactly how you felt and pray that they responded to you as soon as possible. All they need to do is check to whose account those cities is attached to and then proceed to resolve your problem.

I agree with Widow .. this issue is not a bug. Someone has unlawfully taken control of her account. This doesn't require a template to be filled. Not to mention there is not much that applies to the template:
Bug Description: Account hacked and password stolen
Steps to Reproduce: Every time she logs in
Expected Result: Log in
Actual Result: Password doesn't work
Username & World: ??? & Pendragon 54
Device(s) Bug occurred on: All
Screenshots: She has tons and they include financial information so it's not ideal to post here. Better in an email.

Ok..yes my email from app start day was a [email protected] gmail. Hillary fixed an issue for me last year effortlessly...she knew it wasnt a standard reset...she sent me a custom link the same day. It doesnt work now. At time of log out I was top in might tourney I was tapping...no error message. It says password not correct. The only change in might has been 2 mil it was 8.36 bil now 8.34 bil.

Did she reset your email from Gmail to gnail? Cause I was always under the impression that support can't change your email I been denied several times by them lol.
