I hate having to make public posts, but after numerous attempts, I have reached my last bit of patience. The so called support team is utterly useless. My city was glitched open on the 26th of May at 15:00 server time when I was offline. Luckily I was not unmarshaled but the guy attacking me had never attacked me before and he was furied and only lost 2 waves of t1 to my 650k t1 and some t3.
When I informed Kabam support if this, they came back to me saying this occurred during a tk tourney and as such they have a new policy that they will not replace troops lost in a tk tourney. Ok fair enough, but the problem is.... The tk tourney only started at 18:00 server time. It was only announced after I had logged in to see that my city had been opened.
Instead of showing me any evidence that their claims of a tk tourney had already started, they just automatically close the tickets I send in daily, or they ignore me for days.
I have rebuilt double what I have lost already but it is the principle of the matter now. Why is the support team so utterly useless?
In the 4 months playing Kabam games, I have submitted tickets for numerous problems. The rss missing after transporting between cities for example. They just close the tickets and don't even reply. Why have a support team when most of the players end up coming to the forum mods to get help?
Maybe it's because I'm a non gemmer. Kabam has made it clear that they will tolerate gemmers to get away with anything and help them with anything.
Just a small reminder to Kabam. Most players aren't gemmers. But gemmers gem to beat the non gemmers . If servers were all just gemmers, they would be too even to each other . Gemmers gem to be the best. It's not a good idea to chase non gemmers off the game.
