When transporting my resources to my first city my wagons did not return, as a result of this it has prevented my seconds city from doing anything. I cannot transport any resources to me or any other members nor' reassign or reinforce. I get the same message saying "This is most troubling, good Knight. The march information appears not to match." I have reset the app multiple times and still no difference, any suggestions?

can't move troops - development on stand still
i have the same problem. I can't move my troops out of my first city which produced my food. My second city is used for holding the troops until an attack is planned as it doesn't produce food. Hugely annoying as my development is on hold now. My food upkeep is over 1 million per hour and larger than what I can produce in the city. please help ASAP as I loose time, development levels and plenty of food (I produce 250k p hr). Also, my level 203 knight seems to be dissapearing often and only becomes visible after reinstalling (even when he his and was not assigned to a position). Pls help as I loose grounds this way to everyone

I alerted the engineers, best troubleshooting at the moment is to refresh the App.

There are many bug posts all with this same issue. Refreshing n rebooting doesnt work. It randomly fixes itself so I'm thinking it is server side and when that does a update it fixes itself and people just assume its from them refreshing/rebooting. I've had this error recurr over and over for 4 dys now and weather I refresh or not it fixes itself to only let me send troops 4 to 5 times before it breaks again. Please fix.

march location error glitch
Im having this problem too. I play on the mobile app and every time I try to march from my second city I either get the same error message or my troops completely dissapear shortly after they start marching. Please fix this as soon as possible kabam. I have split my resource production between my cities and one can't function without the other please fix soon. Player name: Diego. Domain: bors60

I have the same trouble Good Knight. It has happened in my second city twice, and my first city once. I tried all of these steps (below) in the last two (2) episodes. They fail to fix the problem. The previous two times this has occurred, the problem spontaneously corrected and I moved on. This last time has also produced a loss of about one hundred supply wagons. Fortunately, they were transporting and made delivery to city. No return however. They vanished. This bug, when it occurs, cripples game play. I have read posts that date back to 2010 about this issue. It strikes me as odd that it would not be addressed by now. Even more interesting is that Kabam knows about the bug, has tried to address it, but cannot figure out how to overcome it. Is that a lack of talent at Kabam from its programmers, or apathy from its management? I have a "ticket" in with customer support. The response I received indicated that he could not determine the problem and needed more information, including a request for a report number. Of course, when this problem happens, no report is generated. I am trying to reassign or transport. Since I have not actually done anything, there would be no report. If there are additional ideas for a work around, I would be very appreciative. Thank you.
The steps I took to "fix" the bug:
1.Hard restart: Turn your device Off/On and then try to load the app.
2. Switching ‘Airplane Mode’ on and off. This resets your WiFi or 3G/4G connection and can directly address the issue you are experiencing. To do so, exit the Kingdom of Camelot battle for the North app and tap on 'Settings' > 'Airplane Mode' (tap twice to turn it 'on' and 'off'). Then go back to the KoC app to complete the process.
3. Turn off your 3G/4G connection and try to play only on Wi-Fi or vice versa.
4. IF you have linked your account to Kabam.com and received your 75 Gems for doing so, please delete and re-install the app. You can delete the app by tapping and holding the KoC App icon until it jiggles, then tap the 'X.' Once you have re-loaded the app, you can access your account by doing the following: Enter the game > Tap on your player name > Tap the Settings Icon in the upper right hand corner > Kabam ID > Enter your Kabam e-mail and password.
5. If you are receiving a Network error and you have a Kabam account, make sure your password does not include any special characters ([email protected]#$%^&*). If you do, please go to this link to change your password: http://www.kabam.com/password_resets/new. You will need to be logged off of Kabam.com in order to see this page.
