MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.


Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    Got a reply from one of their customer support staff LAST MONDAY. Promised to return 15% of my loss might. Never fulfilled that promise till now. Never replied the email as well. Told me the same story that support is not able to compensate fully ( totally dishonest ) to ensure "fairness".

    I did try this last time when I first started playing this game about a year ago. I had a net hourly gold surplus but when I came back I still found out that my knights were unmarshalled and I had 0 gold supply. Having 10mil gold in the city could be safer but I feel that if 200k is not enough for a few hours, even 10mil gold might be eaten up if you have this glitch. Ya you could take evidence of all these but where's the fun of playing this game anymore then? It's like doing their jobs for them while you pay them by buying gems at the same time. If one day you are unfortunate and got glitched and you provide them with all these evidence and prove, it still doesn't mean they will fully replenish your troops lost.

    I had an experience dealing with one of them called Shawn R. I had might disappeared while hitting wilds ( I did not spam hit the same location ). I provided him with all the details and reports that he requested. After everything he just gave me a handful of troops back as compensation and say support does not have the capabilities to fully compensate. I told him he was mistaken and I did get full compensation before and he requested me to provide him with the case number so he could check. After I've given it, he said that I indeed had been fully compensated before but he still would not provide me with a full compensation and went to close my case.

    They dont seem to be interested in keeping their players in this game. I've opened other tickets to readdress the issue but it was closed straight away like 4-5 times by 4 or 5 different staffs even after I mentioned that I could not refer to the old case cause it's already closed. I wonder if Kanoona would understand my problem and address it.

    No you could get it within 30 seconds of farming. Customer support know this but they won't give any refund worth any value.

    That's complete BS, Henry. It's sad you can't even get a mod on here to talk to you. 2mil gold is absolutely worthless, insulting and a slap in the face. Go to iTunes and get some money back. They see the value in keeping their customers happy, unlike Kascam who pees on your leg and tells you it's raining. You'll prob get banned for a bit, but getting money back will make you feel a lot better.

    I agree that 2m gold showed he didn't fully understand the issue there Mabey write in again and see of the next one understands? Idk much more advice someone could give

    Sometimes they give you back half of the troops that you lost as of this glitch, sometimes not. There was an update bit ago saying this was fixed, but obviously not.

    This was my first reply to one Mr.Steven Smith on Monday.

    Hello Steven Smith,

    These 2 are the most relevant reports,

    Report No. 47102508 ( Shows the total amount of troops I had )
    Report No. 47102549 ( Shows that I still have gold in my city )

    There are still 8-10 reports in between these 2 but all of them are the process of how I got zeroed by the same player.

    From your side, you believed that the "Hide All Troops" function is working correctly, however, I'm pretty sure that if you look at the forum you will see that numerous other players have also encountered the same issue as me.

    I disagree with your opinion that the sync time between the server and my device is the problem here. Why I say this? Well I have been playing the game and was on for many hours before that. I even restarted my app and also logged between different worlds. So this means that I my device is fully refreshed and would not have any differences. Moreover, I have closed for a long period of time before eventually being zeroed by this player. Surely this slight delay that you speak of would not be a delay of 5 to 6 hours.

    If you view my 2nd report, it shows that I still have gold in my troop city at the time of being zeroed (meaning that I'm supposed to have a marshall but instead had no marshall). My knight was marshalling the city before I went to bed and even before that I was marshalled for long periods of time and did not once removed my main knight from marshall. I have also checked this a few times through changing of servers and restarting the app. Please note that I had 200k+ of gold before I went to sleep. I have also done some research on how knights will get removed as marshall. A 250 knight will eat up 500 gold at every interval and even if I had less than 5k gold, the knights would not be unmarshalled unless I have totally 0 gold in that city.

    So if it ain't a 3rd party programme that forces my city to become open and my knight to unmarshall then I could not understand how this had happened to me. As you can see, I had previous cases of being zeroed in the same way as well. This is highly demotivating for me as a player as whatever effort and money that I have spent are all just burnt when I have done nothing wrong and could not influence the outcome. If you could check, I had just put up around 190mm just recently before I was zeroed. To put up such a huge amount of might and then got zeroed as a result of this glitch/bug/hack whatever you call it just kills my interest in this game.

    If you were in my position Mr Steven, would you continue investing in this game if you had put your hard earned money in this game and then got it taken away from you just like that?

    After I replied again, the case is already closed. Am I the only one feeling that this is some kinda joke from Mr Steven? Has he even read about my issue? How does 2 mil gold even help me at the moment?? Could I get a PROPER reply from someone here?

    Last reply from customer service staff was on Monday 21st April 2014. I have replied him on the same day itself and he has not replied ever since.

    Am I spamming? Kabam doesnt reply to my issue so I'm merely keeping the issue at the top so when they feel like replying they would not miss this out.
